Beautiful small site , facilities were great and we loved the animals.Lovely large pitches and quiet location so much to do in the local area and a fantastic welcome from Michelle.
We were only staying one night for a trip to beamish but will definitely try and return with our bikes .

Absolutely beautiful campsite. So peaceful. Amazing for young children. Michelle to owner is absolutely lovely and she brings the animals out on a morning for the children, they had a ride on the donkey and walked the goats, sheep & Alpacas!
The games room was perfect for my older son. My 2 younger children loved playing in the little play area and wandering to see all of the animals. Loved it so much booked back up for 5 nights next week. Toilets were very clean and nice hot shower. Amazing views all around the site. We can’t wait to go back.

Nothing, fantastic site.

Michelle the owner went above and beyond more than ever we broke down she came and got us and loaded our stuff unloaded us and made us feel very special and then even dropped us to pick the car up then broke the down the day and she also picked us up and brought us back to the amazing camp site and in the morning took us back. But one thing I’ve never been to such a amazing camp site like theirs the animals are well loved and you interact with them was lovely to watch the children have free donkey rides and the sheep being walked . Also there is a games room on the site that has everything you ever need to fill your time in when ever . The amount of toys and ride on for the children is unreal to entertain them and the parents can relax even pool table table tennis a tv also use of a kitchen. The showers are spotless clean and constant hot water could not fault this beautiful site and also Paul who is Michelle’s helping hand is such a lovely kind man. I recommend this to anybody the views are breath taking aswell. It was like home from home. Perfect

Large level and well equipped pitch. Very friendly and informative greeting. Very clean and modern bathroom facilities. Large games room with a full kitchen. Wonderful animals that you can interact with if you want which was a fantastic highlight.

The site was lovely well set out, more facitilities then we expected a great bonus as we had just taken delivery of our new van and had very little aboard.
Plenty of space for us to get familirized. Pity we had only one night.
I liked the fenced pitches for those travelling with their four legged friends. Also safe play area for children and toys/games inside for those wet days.
Will certainly add this on our list to return.

Great wee campsite, every thing thought of and very friendly helpful owners. Great that we could book in for one night but will definitely be back for longer - even though only one shower/toilet for each sex, we never had to wait even though the site was full - and they were both immaculate and a great size.

What a gem of a site , from the mintute we arrived to the last day totally relaxed and made to feel at home, can not recommend this site enough, lovley pitches , we choose the fenced in one due to having a 4 month old puppy it means you can let the dogs run free and enjoy their stay too , toilets are spotless, owners are so helpful and kind and it you want peace and quiet away from busy sites this is the place to go, dont fancy eating out you can order food to be delivered to the site by uber eats ,sitting watching the barn owls hunt at night and seeing all the animals about the farm a perfect place for kids best place we have stayed in yet and can not wait to go back
