Tłumacz (Zasilane przez Google Translate)Polubione: What a gem of a site , from the mintute we arrived to the last day totally relaxed and made to feel at home, can not recommend this site enough, lovley pitches , we choose the fenced in one due to having a 4 month old puppy it means you can let the dogs run free and enjoy their stay too , toilets are spotless, owners are so helpful and kind and it you want peace and quiet away from busy sites this is the place to go, dont fancy eating out you can order food to be delivered to the site by uber eats ,sitting watching the barn owls hunt at night and seeing all the animals about the farm a perfect place for kids best place we have stayed in yet and can not wait to go back

Site itself has everything, toilet and shower block is very clean and well maintained next to a full kitchen set up, indoor dining area within a games room that has toys/games/books for all ages as well as pool/table tennis & table football. Out door play area that leads to a lovely little woodland area with playhouse for the smaller ones. The Owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. And to top it off they have some beautiful animal that they bring out on a morning so the children can enjoy Donkey Rides and sheep walking etc. The whole site is enclosed too so you can let the children run free with peace of mind, they are never far away. Can't recommend highly enough.

We were met on arrival by the lovely Paul who showed us to our pitch and introduced us to all of the animals on the site and gave us a tour of the facilities - the toilet and shower were lovely and clean, and there's a games room with kitchen facilities, an enclosed dog field to throw a ball around and a playground for kids. The site was fully booked but really quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!

So very disappointed with your review having mostly received 10/10 for our reviews and especially only receiving 6/10 for cleanliness when our toilet block is kept immaculate. We cant however clean the shower after every guest we do leave disposable cloths out and ask guests to rub around the tray and leave clean for the next guest - i can only surmise that you were unlucky and the previous guest had not done this? The facilities we have been designed on advice of the council and were the recommended guidelines for up to 15 pitches and most caravans have their own facilities.
For only being a small site we have lots of facilities more than some larger sites. We have a games room with free pool and table tennis tables, table football games books toys TV DVD, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, sofa table and chairs , use of a washer and dryer. Each pitch has a picnic table and partitioned from the next pitch, 3 pitches are fully serviced and 2 pitches are fully fenced with gated access for dogs and small children. We also have a dog field and park with swings and slide, swing ball and see saw, 2 play houses and on top of that we bring out all of the animals for our guests to interact with along with donkey rides none of which we charge for.
I really do not know what extra we can do for customer service - we show everyone to their pitch and give them a full tour of our site and tell guests they can contact us at anytime if they have any problems.
I realise that we cant please everyone and can only hope that future guests will read past this review and take into account all of our 10/10 reviews we have received previously.
We do take reviews like this very personally as our site is our passion and we take very seriously making our guests stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
