Polubione Location and facilities were wonderful, we went at the end of the season and they still put on entertainment for the kids which was great. Easiest walk to the beach, and everything looked well kept and tidy.

Having water and electricity on the pitch is also a huge bonus and was so easy to set up! The pitches are also well kept and a decent size.

The shop is well stocked and the bar is affordable, all the drinks we had were all served perfectly.

If travelling with kids, its walking distance to the beach which also is next to a wonderful pub. The play park was great for smaller kids and the pool was fantastic. We felt that our kids were very safe at this site.

Great wifi in main areas but it didn't extend to touring field, there is also no signal at all, meaning you are cut off, but this is actually something we really liked about it.

The coffee is also fantastic and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely so lovely, friendly and helpful!

Niepolubione The toilets in the touring camp were well below standard. They were spider ridden and I don't think had been deep cleaned in years. I honestly think if the toilets were of a higher standard this would have been a 10/10 for me. It just put a bit of a downer on it. We would still come back, but we would be better prepared for these toilets. Also PLEASE take down that you have a soft play. It is not a soft play and the kids were so disappointed!

Niepolubione The touring washrooms were a little tired and no accessible facilities on site. There is no or very limited mobile reception. We could not pick up the free Wi-Fi on the touring pitches,

Polubione Location was excellent.
All basic services were catered for (albeit expensive)

Niepolubione Very expensive for everything.
Hardly any vegan options and mostly unavailable when there were.
Example, vegan breakfast was incomplete and staff said they couldn’t swap for anything due to stock taking. Ended up paying for something they didn’t have.
Pitch was basically a patch of muddy sand. It rained on the final night and it turned into a mud pit…shame.

Polubione Had the most amazing time at Holywell Bay holiday park! We would 100% stay here again! Beautiful site in the most amazing location, 10 min walk to the most magnificent beach with the best sand dunes, white sand and lots of caves to explore. A great coastal path in both directions with the most amazing views!!
A pub near the beach that sell food and drinks and decent prices! And another pub 5 min walk from the site. 15 min drive to Newquay.

Niepolubione Toilets/showers are a little outdated but they worked just the same.

Polubione Park dean . You know what you are getting . Location is great and Holywell bay is a very short walk and a must if you go here . Slide was great and we all had fun, there was pool toys they have there as well that the kids loved. Lifeguards were very friendly . Walks around the area are lovely too . WiFi was very poor and almost non existent at the touring area .

Niepolubione No showers at the swimming pool . Kids had to walk back very cold . Wrapped in towels . Showers and block were also dated and paint peeling ect that make it look dirtier than it is . Swimming pool opening times , 9-12.30 and then 2-4.15. Couldn’t always walk in - ideal to book but then it takes the spontaneity out of the holiday . Would have had music. Could have had music round the pool for atmosphere .

Polubione Site and toilets have had real effort directed to bring up to scratch still not where I would expect for the money Inpaid but would be me being pickey as popped to general poor standards, staff are friendly.

Niepolubione Other guests who were exceptionally antisocial driven by large quantities of alcohol being consumed around their kids were told them several occasions that they weren’t being served at the bar however managed to each time talk the management round to continue to serve them alcohol despite several significant situations that led to management intervention.

Nothing that the staff could really do about it appreciate that people have come down a long way … to kick people off the site is pretty harsh especially on the kids, however from what we witnessed I don’t think that the level of training nor security to enforce that level of action was available again I think a bit more proactivity with the consumption of alcohol in the recognition of guests that are likely to cause problems based on consumption of large quantities of alcohol around kids is needed.
