In the dark as it wasn’t lit up well . Could do with more lights around as it’s pitch black when dark as lights are poor. Toilet block a little dirty needs monitoring more x Cars were flying down the roads no one was keeping to 10 mile an hour too many kids running around that could get knocked over etc also y should we walk on the road when cars goin past to fast . Needs a bit of tlc like marks in roads for walkway for pedestrians or make path s were the edge of grass is all

Just to clarify regarding Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi is not available on our touring pitches. However, guests can access free Wi-Fi within our venues during their stay. We appreciate that this may not have been clear and thank you for raising it.

We are sorry that other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. Your comments regarding lighting, fallen leaves and the cleanliness of the toilet facilities will all be shared with the relevant teams for review.

We are particularly concerned to hear about your experience when moving around the park with your partner. We completely understand why uneven or muddy grass would not be a suitable option for someone with limited mobility, and your comments regarding pedestrian routes and accessibility are important to us.

We also take your concerns regarding vehicles exceeding the 10mph speed limit very seriously. We have recently introduced additional signage around the park reminding drivers of our speed limits, and we really do ask all guests and visitors to respect these restrictions for everyone's safety.

With children, families and guests moving around the park, keeping vehicle speeds down is incredibly important. We are always looking at ways we can improve safety around the park, and your comments regarding clearer pedestrian walkways and safer walking routes will also be passed to the relevant team for consideration.

There is always more we can do, and feedback like yours helps highlight where we need to focus our attention. We’ll continue to roll up our sleeves, listen to our guests and work towards making the park safer, more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the swimming pool and slide, the range of activities available for children and our new shower block. It’s great to know these were highlights of your stay.

We’re sorry you missed out on some of the activities you wanted to enjoy. Activities can be booked two weeks in advance and, as spaces can fill quickly during busy periods, we always recommend booking as early as possible. We communicate this through the information and emails sent before your holiday, as well as on our website and social media platforms. We appreciate that information can sometimes be missed, though, and we’ll continue looking at ways to make important pre-arrival information as clear and visible as possible.

We do have park rules regarding the use of electric scooters and electric bikes, and we have recently added further guidance to make these rules clearer. We recognise from feedback that we need to look at additional ways of communicating and reinforcing our no e-scooter rule across the park.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the overall appearance of the park. We know we still have more to do, and we’re not afraid to roll up our sleeves and keep pushing forward with improvements as we head into 2027.

Polubione The pump track was fantastic and the pool was also great fun

Niepolubione Cleanliness all round was really poor. Lots of locks not working on toilets including the disabled toilet. Most handsoap in the shelduck zone was empty for 3 days. All the toilet roll holders kept falling off. Staff kept saying the train was running as normal despite if food using building work blocking the track

We are, however, sorry to hear that other areas of your stay didn’t meet the standards we aim for. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the facilities, toilet locks, soap dispensers and toilet roll holders are disappointing to read and will be shared with the relevant teams. These are the everyday basics that should be right for our guests.

We’re also sorry for the confusion surrounding the train. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be told it was running as normal when building works were affecting the track. We’ll make sure this feedback is passed on so that the information given to guests is as clear and accurate as possible.

Polubione The site it's self is lovely enjoyed staying

Niepolubione Ther was an incident where a site worker/resident was literally on my bumper coming round the site to come out ther is a 10mph speed limit which i was doing but this person didn't really care he proceeded to try and over take me within the site wher ther are kids running around and I had my 9 month old daughter in the van then on the way out he got under the barrier as i was coming out and was still on my bumper i reported this to the young lady on the gate to which i still haven't received a phone call or did a manager or security come to wher my caravan to talk about this there are site rules which need to be held to and they haven't really upset by the lack of communication at this point that person could of hit a child or an elderly person with the manner of his driving to say the least this is upsetting

Polubione We loved the tribe den and the activities, friendly staff. i have to say the staff in the venue restaurant are great. They nonstop work despite the fact it looked like they were short staffed at the weekends. Also cannot fault the food in the venue, it has been great.

Niepolubione The toilet blocks need some attention/cleaniness. Also the swimming pool changing rooms need to monitored throughout the day. The cleanliness needs improvement.
Also the food ordering system machine wasn't working and it did put pressure on the staff in the venue. If something is not working they need to put out of order signs on.
Also displaying opening times on your buildings the venue and the activity den.
It tells you completely different times online!!

Polubione We don’t normally use large family sites, this was an exception because of its proximity to Santa Pod (approx 30mins)
Good level pitch, plenty of toilets and showers and water was hot. Although unsure if there would be enough if the site was full.
Well stocked shop.

Niepolubione This site is not geared up for motorhomes, there is no where to fill up or empty water without blocking the main roads around the site. We were given no info on arrival ie. Water points elsan disposal, speed limit or quiet times - which on a site this size need to be reinforced. I did receive a link on a text message.
The toilet block was clean on Friday when we arrived but by Sunday morning it was filthy!
The pitch sizes weren’t adequate our neighbours car was inches from our motorhome!
Speed limits were not adhered to in fact the security cars were the worst offenders.
Not the fault of the site but there is nothing nearby to walk to other than a pub and Greggs.
Probably a great site if you have children, as soon as it stopped raining they were everywhere.
I’m not sure that there is adequate security on site, visitors to the aquadome can freely walk / drive onto the site.
There is no lighting on the camping fields, it was very dark and no pavements or pathways.

We’re sorry that other aspects of your stay didn’t quite meet your expectations. Billing Aquadrome is a large and busy park, particularly during family holiday periods, and our teams work hard throughout the day to keep our facilities clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. Unfortunately, communal facilities can sometimes be left in a condition we wouldn’t expect between checks, which is just as frustrating for our teams, who will always work to put things right as quickly as possible.

For future reference, we do have water points located around our touring areas for guests to use throughout their stay. We also send guests information before arrival, including our Touch Stay digital guide, which contains lots of useful information about the park, facilities and your stay. We appreciate, however, that important information needs to be as easy as possible to find.

We take safety around the park seriously too, with speed limit signage in place, Security Teams operating across the park and ANPR at our vehicle barriers. We’ll certainly take your comments on board as we’re always looking at ways we can improve the experience for our guests.

We’re also lucky to have some lovely walking routes to explore around the local area, while a large shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes away by car and the local train station around 15 minutes away.

Niepolubione Very little lighting in the touring area. The foot paths are useless, they hold water and definitely not wide enough, the road is very busy near the venue so walking on the road isnt really an option. Wifi isnt an option for the touring site.
