Likte ikke No-one checked us in, no-one told us where anything was or explained how we find a site or which was ours.
Anyone could have got in and had free accommodation for the night.
Was absolute chaos and we had no idea how it was supposed to.

I am sorry that our Welcome Team did not give you directions or information on arrival. They are there to help and support you, as well as ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, so I apologise that this wasn’t your experience.

Please be assured that our Touring Team, Security, and Welcome Teams are all very aware of who should be on the park. Anyone we are unsure of is challenged.

Your comments are helpful, and we will follow this up to make sure guests receive clearer guidance when arriving.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere, though I completely understand the challenges with the muddy ground while the works are underway. The road surfaces are also on our radar for attention.

Likte Close to the entertainment areas, plenty of space. Ladies toilets were fine and warm, hubby reported the men's were not as pleasant. Well stocked shop, selling very welcome coffee and pastries in the morning.
We had fish and chips in the evening, which were beautiful and cost £18 each.

Likte ikke We arrived after dark, having never been to the site before so we were a little confused when we were told by the person on the gate 'just park anywhere' Anyway we did, but it was fine!

We’re glad the new park shop hit the spot we make sure it’s well stocked, and it’s always great to hear our warm, yummy morning pastries went down a treat! And of course, our famous fish and chips get everyone debating: salt and vinegar or not?

I’m sorry that the men’s toilets weren’t up to standard I’ve passed this on to our touring teams to sort. I also apologise that our Welcome Teams didn’t direct you as clearly as they should have on arrival we’ll make sure first-time visitors feel more confident finding their way next time.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower and toilet facilities. This is certainly not the standard we aim for. Our facilities should always be clean, warm, and practical for all guests, including those with specific needs such as space for clothing or contact lens care. I will be passing this straight to our touring management team so we can address these concerns urgently.

It’s in our nature to keep improving, and comments like yours help us do exactly that. I do hope we can welcome you back in the future to show the improvements we’re making.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you found the toilets dirty in the evening. Our touring teams check these regularly to ensure they’re kept clean, and I will pass this on so we can address it promptly.

Regarding the map, we do email this ahead of arrival, but we also have larger printed maps available at Reception for anyone who may need one. We do have our Elsan waste point located on the touring field, and I’m sorry this wasn’t easy to locate. Clearer signage is something we are actively working on it’s in our nature to keep improving.

Regarding swimming, if your holiday was booked directly with us, activities such as swimming are included at no extra cost. It sounds like there may have been some confusion, so we’d really love to take a look at your booking and clear that up for you.

Likte Great for riding bikes with a new rider. Clean site, great pump track. Entertainers and staff were kind.
Changed my booking for free because of high winds being dangerous to tow so I’m very grateful!

Our park teams work super hard to keep everything spotless and are always up for a chat, a laugh, or to lend a helping hand they’re some of the best around!

During quieter, out-of-peak times, a few facilities may close a little earlier and there might be fewer activities running. If you fancy a busier vibe next time, we’d recommend booking during peak season when the park is buzzing with things to do and loads of fun to be had!
