Ik was blij met We stayed for almost a week at Scoutscroft Leisure Park in Eyemouth, in Wooden Pod No. 7. The pod was very clean and tidy, and the site itself is in a lovely location close to the village and beach.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that spoiled our stay. On arrival (Sunday) we hoped to eat in the on-site restaurant, but only a limited takeaway menu was available, served in boxes, with many items unavailable. This was disappointing, especially as it was peak holiday season

The biggest problem was that we had no hot water for our entire stay. Despite reporting it early on, communication from staff was poor, with inconsistent explanations and no updates. A simple note, text, or email would have made a huge difference. Having to take cold showers all week, especially with a child, was unacceptable.

The pod mattresses were also extremely uncomfortable, with springs poking through, making it hard to sleep.

Overall, the site has great potential in a beautiful setting, but basic standards like hot water, better communication, and more comfortable beds need urgent attention. If those issues were fixed, I would consider returning.

Toilet and shower block are definitely not too far of a walk like other comments I have seen and they are cleaned daily to a high standard.

I am very aware we only paid £ 15 per night but hot water and a reasonably good mattress is an essential.

Ik was blij met Lovely site, nice staff in the bar area. Indoor golf and breakfast is closed just not showing on site yet. Pods are great for somewhere to crash for a couple of nights for a reasonable little getaway. Clean site. Kids absolutely loved it

Ik was blij met The pod was great! Great price also. Could not fault at all. Beach was fantastic.

Ik was niet blij met We arrived clubhouse to be told the Bar stopped serving 9.15/9.30
No entertainment which was fine as it was a Sunday.
We were told once the people drinking finished the whole place would shut. We hung around the arcades until then but didn’t feel welcome and as soon as we left out the back door the door shut & locked right at the back of us. I get they were not serving and shutting but a simple sorry about that would have been fine and when shutting the door right at the back of us walking out a ‘good night’ or even ‘bye’ would have been nice. We were 4 adults 7 children and it was not giving holiday vibes. Would stay in the pods again but would totally avoid the clubhouse now.

Ik was blij met Great little site beautiful location, excellent value for money. Loved small bar and chip shop. Entertainment for the kids. Beautiful beach nearby within walking distance with cafe and surf shop.

Ik was niet blij met Small food areas in pods getting tired. Great to have fridge tv and kettle.
Toilet blocks clean but definitely require refurbishment.

Glamping pods were just a short walk away from the car park and had just about everything we needed

Ik was niet blij met Toilet/shower blocks are also a short walk away from the pods, but they are not worth the journey. In desperate need of some tlc
