General
- Family park half a mile from Coldingham Sands beach and watersports
- Within 5 minutes' drive of St Abbs and Eyemouth; an hour to Edinburgh
- Kids' club, indoor golf, outdoor play, chippy, spa and bar and grill
Find your way to Scoutscroft Leisure Park for adventures at the seaside or the city: this well-placed park is an easy half a mile from spectacular and award-winning Coldingham Bay beach and just over an hour’s drive from the sights and shops of Edinburgh.
There’s loads to do on site too (this is a firmly family-friendly park), including indoor miniature golf, a kids’ club, a snooker room and an outdoor play area: send the kids off to mess around there while you sink into a pampering session at the Bay Health and Beauty spa...
Food and drink is sorted for all tastes too at the fish and chip takeaway for quick bites (perhaps on the beach…?) and the Sands bar and grill for breakfasts, lunches, evening eats, snacks and a wide selection of bevvies ranging from soft drinks to cider.
Drink up, then drink in the scenery: Scoutscroft is close to the Berwickshire coast and the Scottish Borders, handily placed for weekends away or longer hols exploring sandy beaches and nature reserves.
To take the excitement up a notch, watersports including surfing, kayaking, diving and bodyboarding are easily sorted from the park; elsewhere, days out at local port town St Abbs and harbour town Eyemouth are within less than 10 minutes’ drive. These places are also where you can pick up provisions at supermarkets… or simply meander between the two on a coastal hike.
