Mi è piaciuto Cleaned, spacious pitches, helpful staff, great entertainment and activities. Local to a lot of attractions and centre point for different days out.

Mi è piaciuto Size of camping pitches, great facilities on site. Short 15min walk to beach. Great showers and clean toilets. Being able to select your pitch on arrival.

Non mi è piaciuto Electric hook up supplied via an app...not great if you cant get phone service to do it! Two of the connections wouldnt work, took over hour to sort!
Ants...loads of them on our pitch got everywhere but thats just nature and likely due to hot weather we've had.
Price of beer..£6 for a pint in a plastic glass
Not much for older kids

Unfortunately, the recent hot weather has certainly brought the ants out in force, particularly on grass pitches, so we appreciate your understanding that sometimes nature likes to join the holiday too! 🐜

Mi è piaciuto Great location and facilities, the otches are generous, washrooms immaculate most of the time. The marquee field was next to us and ideally placed for snacks and a drink with entertainment. Maybe a bit pricey but that's reflected in the facilities. Walk down to the beach, catch the #11 bus back up....lol

Non mi è piaciuto Can only book the pool by the site app which would be great if you could get any signal. Went to reception who advised no other way of booking other than by app. Which we thought was poor. Bit disappointed to read there would be an additional £50 if you hadn’t checked out and left by 11:00am, again a bit regimental!

We’re sorry that the pool booking system caused frustration, particularly when you were experiencing poor mobile signal. We appreciate that relying on apps for both swimming and electricity may not suit everyone, and understand your comments regarding Wi-Fi availability when online systems are required.

Our departure time is in place to allow our teams sufficient time to prepare pitches and accommodation for arriving guests, although we appreciate the wording around late departure charges may have felt a little strict.

We’re disappointed that these aspects have left you feeling you wouldn’t return. Your comments regarding the apps, Wi-Fi, electricity system and overall guest experience are valuable and will be passed on to the relevant teams for consideration.

Pool was ok.

Non mi è piaciuto Needs up dating, camping facilities aren’t the best.
The entertainment wasn’t very good. A lot of singing with ladies that couldn’t really sing. The neon party wasn’t worth it.
Had Michael Jackson tribute, but unless you were in the main part you couldn’t see him. 2 big pillars blocking the way. Tv screens on wall which could have been used so everyone’s else can see entertainment.
Pool party was very poor and wasn’t a party.
Paid to use their WiFi and it was terrible, still couldn’t get signal.
Cost a lot of money for what’s there.

We offer a varied entertainment programme throughout the season, although we understand that not every act or event will appeal to everyone. Your suggestion regarding using the screens to improve visibility during busy performances is also appreciated.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pool party and experienced problems with the paid Wi-Fi. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when you have paid for the service.

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets dirty and dated, showers blocked for a few days and only 2 showers you could get normal temperature the other 6 were either freezing cold or boiling hot. Big pitches but felt like sardines still.

We’re sorry, however, to hear about your experience with the toilet and shower facilities. Issues with blocked showers and inconsistent water temperatures are certainly not what we want our guests to experience, and your comments will be passed to the relevant team.

We appreciate your comments regarding the pitches too. Although our camping pitches are generously sized, (10mx12m),we understand that during busy peak periods the park can feel much busier.

Location of site was spot on for local towns and amenities.

Clubhouse facilities were limited
Wi-fi not accessible for majority of holidaymakers
