Mi è piaciuto Has lots of potential. Nice pods, spaces good, clean facilities.

Had access to riverside holiday park facilities. This was fantastic but not communicated to us. The only reason I knew was because of a sign on the back of the toilet doors.

Non mi è piaciuto No warden on site to check us in if arrive on a Wednesday and no communication of this prior to arrival. Also meaning no one to deal with our noise complaints and dogs off lead issues. Phone contact was not answered. Allow big groups with no monitoring of them. Also people had fires which were not allowed especially given national alert which could have been a huge issue.

Items they told us would be in the pod, were not there. No pots or pans to cook with.

Mi è piaciuto The pod itself was lovely and clean, with all crockery and utensils needed provided. Kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with small freezer. Tv easy to use and the staff were all always happy to help if needed. The grounds themselves are very well kept along with the shower and toilet cubicles. The added effect of the twinkling lights inside the pod were a lovely added touch (although slightly noisy). As a family with younger and older children it’s been a pleasure for all of us.

Mi è piaciuto The pods were a very good size and having a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave is great.

Non mi è piaciuto Our pod had not been cleaned, there was dog food all over the floor and food everywhere. I told reception and they moved us which was good but the new pod was also dirty. I didn’t complain again I just cleaned the pod which I shouldn’t have to do! This site is really missing a trick, it clearly just isn’t run very well. They only reply to good reviews and ignore bad ones.
The toilets and showers really need updating, this place could be great! We did not see any staff at all after check in for 3 days!

Non mi è piaciuto The shower block was awful, no hot water, dirty, broken showers, broken doors. Badly maintained site and if I could have moved to another site I would have.

Mi è piaciuto The pods were a decent size and better equipped than expected. The playing field was huge and the playground had equipment to entertain the children. We went as a family group with 3 pods next to each other and had a nice time.

The pods were really well priced and good value for money.

Non mi è piaciuto What really let everything down was the cleanliness of the toilets and showers, which according to the sheet on the door had last been cleaned on the Thursday. Which by the Sunday wasn’t very pleasant!

Mi è piaciuto The site is lovely, plenty of space for us all and our children. Well placed for local beauty spots.

Non mi è piaciuto Beds are a little uncomfortable and the pods could use a deep clean inside and out.

Mi è piaciuto It was quiet and the cabin looked nice from the outside

Non mi è piaciuto The cabin on a close inspection was not clean. There was ice left in the freezer. The kettle still had water in it.There was broken biscuits left down the side of the mattresses along with two pairs of socks and sunglasses. They were cobwebs everywhere lots of moths and even a couple of ear weeks. There was a big draft coming from one of the windows that was not closed properly as the bottom catch was broke.
We booked for a 3 night stay but only ended up staying for 1 night as the person I was with did not cope well with how meany bugs were there and how unclean the place actually was.
Also one of the main reasons why I booked there was because they had an enclosed dog field The dog exercise area is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t put any dog in there. There was holes all over the fence, Big gaps in the gate and it’s mainly concrete.
