Mi è piaciuto: The space of each pitch was great, the site was spotless as were the showers and toilets. The water at pot wash was warm which was rare at other sites. The pub on site had gud entertainment on and our Sunday lunch ther was amazing. Staff great and had good wi fi

Mi è piaciuto: Loved it , best showers and toilets seen yet , so clean and modern , relaxed campsite , clean, and pitches were a brilliant size . Definitely go back .

Mi è piaciuto: Fab stopover site !!! Beautiful location, lovely pub, super new spotlessly clean loo’s & shower, nice friendly owner. Great dog walks too - High recommend PLUS we had added bonus of VE Day celebrations (superb live singer & DJ)

Mi è piaciuto: Site was very clean and tidy, lovely new toilet and showers, outside pizza n burgers, outside bar and alcoholic slushy bar. Very friendly staff, excellent food served in the onsite pub. Convenient for the potteries and lovely walks from the site. Surrounded by scenic views. Lovely playground and plenty of play area for children. Will definitely visit again

Non mi è piaciuto: The grey wast disposal point. We found it difficult to lift our waste container over the high sink. Needs a lower sink or a ramp and landing

Mi è piaciuto: The welcoming atmosphere, the very clean toilets and shower and the spaciousness of the pitch. It was also very quiet at night. I would recommend Charlie Bassett’s to everyone.

Mi è piaciuto: Great pitch, pub next door. Plenty of walks, fantastic new facilities. We had a very quiet Thursday, might be nice to return on a busy Friday when the music is on. We did a lovely 3 mile circuit and ended up in the pub, ideal !

Mi è piaciuto: We stayed on the hard standing pitches which were very spacious and with lots of grass either side. The toilet shower block was one of the cleanest we’ve come across camping! Everything we needed for our stay with friends. We booked for the pub Friday evening. The staff and locals were very friendly and we had a lovely evening. Any questions are answered quickly and no problem with texting the onsite mobile number. Would visit again

Non mi è piaciuto: It wasn’t so much a dislike but the the new shower block was very modern but only one men’s shower and my disabled son showered in the older, larger cubicle which wasn’t as clean as I think pub users must use it a lot
