A aimé Perfect booking procedure. Friendly staff and the shower/ toilet/ washing up “ pods” were spotless and modern. As a base couldn’t fault

N'a pas aimé Slightly sloping hard standing pitch for the campervan ( but that’s why they invented chocks ) not an issue really

A aimé The site is immaculate and the camping pitches are huge. We had our own water tap and electric point.

N'a pas aimé The only thing it needs is more showers and toilets. There are 2 toilets and only one shower. So when you had to go the toilet or the shower you could not get in because of the volume of people/families
These are all shared facilities.

We're sorry to hear you experienced a wait for the facilities during your stay. We do have additional shower and toilet blocks dotted around the site just a short walk away, so we'd always encourage guests to explore these if the nearest block is busy — our team on arrival did point this out.

We appreciate the honest feedback about the road noise in the tent field. It can be more noticeable in that area and we understand it's not ideal, though we're glad it wasn't too much of an issue. We'd always encourage guests to mention any preferences on arrival and we'll do our best to find the most suitable pitch available.

A aimé Nice and quiet place for family and not only. Very clean toilets . Beautiful mountain view from field and not far from Caernarfon .

A aimé Site is really well maintained, facilities are cleaned multiple times a day and they are always kept in good condition.
Its dog and child friendly, and also quiet.

A aimé Lovely site, shower and toilet facilities were spotless, well positioned location for where we wanted to visit to Wales

N'a pas aimé Our pitch had no privacy as it was in the middle of a small field which was lined with electrical hook ups. There was some more private pitches on site which would have been a lot nicer to stay at. Our pitch was also on a slight incline which meant my 3 year old kept tripping over and we couldn't put anything on any tables in the tent as they would slide off, we had to prop our cooker up on the one side so that it was flat. Not sure if there was meant to be a noise curfew however several other pitches were up until gone 12am every night (we stayed for 3 nights) who had clearly been drinking and were either shouting or laughing very loudly. If there is a noise curfew then staff should be more present to enforce that. There needs to be more bins. The only main bins for rubbish were the big industrial ones by reception, those bins in my opinion should be dotted around the campsite

We apologise that your pitch didn't meet your expectations in terms of privacy and level ground. We do have a range of pitches available across the site, and we'd always encourage guests to mention any preferences at the time of booking or on arrival so we can do our best to find a more suitable spot, particularly for families with young children.

We take your comments about noise very seriously. We do have a quiet hours policy in place and had our wardens been made aware of any issues, they would have addressed them .

Your feedback about the bins is also noted. Our refuse and recycling area are kept away from pitches, as we feel that our guests would not want to be located near them.

A aimé It's pretty amazing, nice location, amazing views, plenty of space, WIFI!!!

N'a pas aimé Water points were not labeled, not sure if it was drinking water or not. Not a big deal, just a bit of feedback

All the taps are for drinking water, we just label the ones that aren't (chemical disposal points).

A aimé The toilet and shower facilities were excellent. The non electric tent field was clean and tidy.

N'a pas aimé The non electric tent field is at the front of the camp site next to the road so traffic noise can ve a little bit to lound if the trafgic is heavy and you dont get the view of any of the mountaibs in the background like the caravan parts do
