A aimé Lovely big pitches, set in Lovely grounds, shop on site, very clean facilities,20 mins walk through footpath to catch the bus, very convenient if not having a vehicle to take off site. Bus to Cromer then can catch buses all along the north Norfolk coastline.

A aimé - The pitch (23) was private
- Lovely shop
- staff very welcoming
- beautiful setting

N'a pas aimé - the wash ups were very small. 2 x showers, 4 x basins (two private), a few loos on our side. Found it hard to have a shower.

- washing up area…2 men brushing their teeth in there and spitting into the sinks. Didn’t wash the sinks after. (Doing this probably as the amenity block so small)

- very noisy as big groups holidaying together

- very expensive at £112 for two nights. Camped a lot, never paid this much.

A aimé Really well maintained. Toilets and showers were always clean. Park in very good condition. Well stocked shop and had the added extra of the vendors a few of the nights. Liked the hedge rows around the electric plots as was a nice bit of extra privacy.

N'a pas aimé WiFi intermittent but still nice to have.

A aimé Safe, well looked after, great shop, lovely helpful staff.

N'a pas aimé The dog feaces. Unfortunately there were occurrences of dogs fouling and this did cause a unpleasant smell.

The showers next to the chemical disposal was also interesting.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. Unfortunately, not all dog owners are as considerate as yourself. However, I do not feel this is a big problem here as there are several dog bins and our staff are regularly walking around to ensire a clean and tidy campsite. As for the chemical waste, they are both situated a good distance away from the shower area. I hope this helps. Your points have been noted though and will be dicussed in our next monthly meeting. A aimé Spacious pitch, great location, helpful staff, well stocked shop, good food vendors.

N'a pas aimé Showers and toilets were dirty and overused. Site was full but this should warrant additional cleaning. Another toilet and shower block is needed.

A aimé Lovely site, well managed and maintained. Large pitches. Friendly staff.

N'a pas aimé Fishing lake was disappointing.
It was rumoured that Otters had got in and eaten most of the fish, we spent 4 days fishing and not one fish was caught between the two of us.
Most others fishing said the same.
If the site knew this and I'm sure they did then why charge full price for fishing.

Your improvement points have been noted and will be reviewed at our monthly meeting, however what I can say is that over the holidays we have seen and heard of many fish being caught.... the feedback is that they like red and pink bait. For future knowledge, we have already started the process of increasing stock, so this should be ready in the coming months. Thank you

Would prefer to check-in earlier than 3pm.
