Me gustó Loved the clubhouse and staff were amazing 😁

Price was good and being 40 mins away from home was great!

No me gustó Nothing really just a couple of points,
I think the kids play area could be fenced off so toddlers can run about outside with no worries about cars.

A kids park or something to climb/swing/play on would be nice down in the camping area

We have considered a park area on the campsite, however, for a variety of reasons have currently decided not to do this. As we have the Stay & Play and games we feel that there is currently quite a lot available for the children to enjoy.

Me gustó The warm welcome was nice. Can tell it’s a family run place. All the staff were lovely even when the weather was terrible lol. And the best shower block I’ve had from any camp site. And I’ve been to hundreds of camp sites. Granted there’s only a couple of showers but it’s not a massive camp site. And owner has more coming once planning is approved. In each shower room you have sooo much space. With your own toilet, sink and places to hang stuff and sit down. Well thought out. Cafe/bar is brilliant too. Great beer choices and food.

Me gustó Great campsite. Been here a few times now and they are adding more for kids to do each time we come. New hay bail mase (grandsons loved it). Onsite cafe which is great but a little expensive. Totally understand they are providing a service but £3.70 for a black coffee is a but much, should be the same as a tea.
Overall will be back.
Shower facilities are great, very clean but could do with a couple more showers and toilets.

No me gustó Was supposed to have a pizza night on the Friday which my grandsons were looking forward to. Unfortunately when we took the boys to get pizza everything was closed. Not happy grandsons 😭😭
A notice would have been great to let us know there was no pizza that night.

We're sorry to hear that feel the cafe is a little expensive as most feel we are cheap.
More showers are in the pipeline.

We're sorry you were disappointed about not getting a pizza, we had been open but obviously not as late as you would have liked, sorry.

Me gustó Level pitches, lovely views and lots of fantastic walks and cycling in the area.
Great bar and food in the barn.

No me gustó Showers and toilets could do with more regular cleaning. Although I picked up several times, other users seem to not notice the amount of toilet paper and paper towels left on the wet floor, even though there was a great big bin in each area.

We do try to regularly clean the toilets, as you say, some do seem to drop lots of tissue paper on the floor and sadly don't pick it up.

Me gustó Wonderful environment for kids of all ages, lots of investment and owners who know just what is needed for a relaxed camping get away. Everything you need under one barn for a wonderful weekend camping.

Me gustó Lovely family friendly site! Plenty of space for kids to play and the play barn attached to the cafe was an added bonus with a small fee to access it! Would definitely return!

Me gustó Lovely campsite, child friendly. The kids really enjoyed seeing the goat's and cows as well as playing in the maze and with the tractors.

No me gustó Could do with more showers.

More showers are coming, unfortunately there is a backlog with orders and we want the same style as they are so nice.
