Rouselands Farm Camping

Me gustó: Really friendly, family run farm. The shepherd's hut is amazing, really comfy and stayed nice and warm even though it was cold outside, mostly everything you need is in the hut and everything else you could need can usually be found in the clean, warm shower block (which has a little washing up area and fridge). The owners are so kind and welcoming, this is actually our second trip because we loved it so much the first time! The animals are close by which is lots of fun for little ones, even though it's a working farm we were never disturbed by any noise. I cannot recommend this site enough! I will be booking again next year for sure.

Me gustó: Love the shower and toilet block here. Always clean and well stocked with toilet paper.There is a handy fridge and freezer too.

Me gustó: The site was wonderful, so peaceful and green. Everything we needed was there in terms of facilities which were kept very clean. Our host was very friendly and went the extra mile to help us. Before leaving, we purchased some of the local produce which we ate the following day and it was delicious. Will definitely come back again!

Me gustó: Lovely peaceful site, even though it's a working farm. We stayed in the shepherd's hut, which was nicely done out. Toilet block was good and clean. Owners on hand if help needed and are really lovely and friendly.

Me gustó: Peacefully, tranquil, limited numbers. Great surroundings and farm animals, plus brilliant on-site facilities.

Me gustó: Very friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful setting, especially the sunsets, Spacious pitches Camping on an active farm is great, the cows are beautiful the toilet block is great and always clean with plenty toilet paper. it's so helpful that in the toilet block there is a kettle, microwave and fridge for campers to use. plenty washing up space

No me gustó: Long grass in the rain meant we got soaking wet clothes. Last year it was cut so disappointed it wasn’t this year

Del administrador: Thank you for your review and coming back to stay with us again. There was so much rain last summer wasn't there, we really struggled to mow the campsite as often as we would normally and so the grass was sometimes longer than we would like it to be so I am sorry if you got wet feet. In the middle of the site it is usually shorter in the summer and perfect for exploring and playing but all that rain was perfect for grass growing, so much so we had to cut it all again in September which we never normally have to do! I have everything crossed for a more usual and sunny summer this year and I hope that you will be back to join us again, you would be very welcome. Best Wishes Alison and Shaun
