Me gustó Well maintained pitches, clean facilities, lovely atmosphere in the pub.

No me gustó Main road noise but did go quiet overnight

Me gustó I had a really lovely stay at this campsite on my own. The staff were extremely friendly, and the owner was very welcoming and engaging, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

There's a great pub on-site with plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax. One of the best things about the site is that you have your own little area, so you're not crammed in amongst lots of tents and caravans.

The toilets and facilities were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and found it to be a truly special place. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Me gustó Hedges gave great privacy, shady spots

No me gustó only 1 toilet for ladies and 2 showers (one of which was locked for the duration).
The sewage smell was really strong and not nice
I had hoped being by the river would mean we could be near or see water but the barbed wire around the pitch was a shame.
Pub was friendly but food was very expensive for pub grub

Me gustó Well kept pitches with high hedges between them. Level site. Grass area for children to run about. Clean toilets & showers. Laundry also. Handy being by the Inn for food. The food is very nice and served quickly. Staff lovely. Easy to get to Dartmoor & other towns. WIFI if in the Inn.

No me gustó There is road noise but not too noticeable if in a van or caravan. An awful smell around outside the toilets. Worse in gents. One toilet & 2 showers in male & female washrooms. could be a problem unless in self contained unit. No WIFI signal on the campsite.

Me gustó We Liked location and the privacy of the pinches was very nice and quiet at night. Also the pub being close id you do not want to cook.

No me gustó The toilets where not very clean and they smelled unpleasant, the smell came across the top end of the site if you were close to the toilet. This was a shame as the site is nice. we would consider coming again as the problem with the toilets could have been a one off or asked for a pinch away from the toilets.

Me gustó Great location central to everywhere you wanted to go very friendly and welcoming staff the pub was great and with nice food so it added bonus decided to stay an extra night the site was full, but they managed to make room for us so very happy with that one definitely be staying there again very soon

Me gustó The pitch was amazing and in fact, was the best thing about the site…spacious with nice privacy hedges all around. Convenient stopover for us on the way to Cornwall from Wales.
Lovely pub that does breakfasts with lots of outside tables.

No me gustó There is only one toilet in each ladies/gents (one disabled outside) and two showers which isn’t really adequate for the site. There is a really bad sewage smell that wafts around and is quite off-putting when eating your dinner!
The site felt ‘hemmed in’ with a busy road and no access to the river or anywhere to walk really.

Me gustó Generous pitch size, level and lush spot by the river. Clean showers and well kept site. Polite check in. Enjoyed tranquility.

No me gustó Only one female toilet so had to queue, but at least it was clean.
