Me gustó Lovely Park, quiet and relaxing. Easy to book in. Close to river for lovely walks, with Pub at the end near the bridge which does great food.
Plenty of room.

Me gustó A lovely quiet little site with plans to be much bigger. As stated in the description there are no toilets or showers (yet) but there is water and a chemical point. Annie & Mark are lovely people and very helpful. Rabbits and foxes play at night, birds populate the surrounding trees and there is a river walk right next door so nature is all around. The pub is 2 minutes on foot, and sits on the river. The access is via a golf range, but it's signposted on the main road and the track is level. Although close to a main road the trees baffle most noise so its very peaceful. As a solo traveller, en route North, I felt perfectly safe and will come back next time I pass this way.

Me gustó The village is quiet and quaint , nice pub , nice walk on canal

No me gustó Loads of ants on our outdoor table and chairs could not sit out , had to wipe them all off before put back in caravan , internet signal poor

Me gustó 6 nights really nice enjoyable stay. The site is as advertised basic no frills. Very quite and five minutes walk to the local pub situated in a river side location. We'll stocked shop in the village 5 minutes drive away.
Site Managers Annie and Mark are fantastic people continually making sure everything on site is clean and tidy and occasionally checking that everything is ok with our stay.
We will return to this site.

Unruly resident shouting and swearing but Annie the warden very apologetic
Even though we didn't feel at ease and decided to leave early

Me gustó Easy to find and access. Good sized pitch and access to electricity however the first electric point did not work.
Very quiet and near to a local pub with good food at very reasonable prices.

No me gustó Although toilet disposal facilities available these were not accessible.
A permanent caravan appeared to be in a poor state and there were 2 vans one of which appeared dilapidated. One another caravan was lived in not sure if it was touring or permanent.
Lacking general maintenance of the ground which is initially off-puting. The use of the ground seems to be a way of getting extra money.but not no investment in return

Me gustó Everything, owner was friendly and always happy to give advice, we was able to set up everything we wanted even allowed to prop our hammocks up on the trees obviously with care. Clean site and was lucky to have some good neighbours. We was lucky to be able to use our electric scooters over the field paths which were drivable, loads of friendly dog walkers too around as we had our dog with us. You come across people kayaking, boating and even on their motorbikes there’s just so much around for people who are adventurous like us.

No me gustó We had neighbours that were arguing all night at daft o clock due to drinking all day which kept us up at the night but this is no fault of the site at all as when we arrived they asked to be respectful of your neighbours so it’s already pre warned. No toilets is the only downfall of this plan as it was horrible when you was desperate to go! But you sign up for what you get, if the place did have toilets it would be a very busy site as it’s perfect for walks and the local pub is literally 2 minute walk away! No showers wasn’t really a problem for us as we only stayed for 24 hours.
