Liked Quiet site. Friendly hosts. Bar/shop very useful. Free roaming chickens that happily came and sat with you. Toilets and showers set up. The little bits and bobs shelf with gas canisters, pegs etc that people can use if needed. Location.

Disliked Not so much a dislike as the showers were nicely done, but I personally found mine to be not hot enough for my liking, lukewarm at best.

Liked Hard standing pitch, site open all year round, toilets look to have been recently refreshed and if they haven’t the cleaners are fantastic. Friendly owners, clean site, good information board, wetsuit rinsing area.

Liked Unfortunately we decided not to stay. The owner was pleasant and I’m sure others have had better experiences.

Disliked On arrival I approached what I thought was the reception, this is in fact a private dwelling, whilst reading a notice saying it wasn’t and not to disturb them, the owner of the property came out and ushered us into the site. Shown pitch only to find it was covered in dog mess. Other pitches offered were uncut and we decided to move on.

Liked Western theme. Free WiFi

Disliked Site could do with some work, stayed here two and a half years ago and it was the same then. Levelling of pitches. Volleyball court, peddle carts etc. All used as selling points and all run down.

Liked Quiet site, with lovely view of the village. Village just 30 min walk. Great reception staff. Facilities clean.

Disliked Pool may be rather crowded in high season as it’s not that big. Some facilities tired, and appeared mot to be working well (showers in pool area).

Liked Friendly reception, peaceful site, choice of pitches. Whilst touring around France me and my wife tend to do one night stops using Aires and campsites. We don’t need luxury just somewhere friendly, relatively peaceful and with good facilities, this site ticked those boxes quite well.

Disliked Not so much a dislikes but things to note. You have to take your own loo roll to the toilets as none supplied. The site is aging and nature is showing signs of trying to take it back with grass coming through some off the roadways. Couldn’t connect any devices to the Wi-Fi.

Liked Great for a stopover, which is what we tend to do whilst touring around France. The greeting was pleasant and easy. Choice of what pitch we wanted. Hot showers. Close to a very large hypermarket within walking distance.

Disliked Toilet and shower block dated and a little grubby. Free WiFi but couldn’t connect any devices to it.

Liked Helpful friendly staff, first allocated pitch was not suitable and they made sure we got a pitch that better suited are requirements at the time. Pool area was clean and heated with good selection of depths.

Liked Pitch was level. Lovely people on pitch next to us.

Disliked Booked hardstanding electric pitch got placed on grass. Was told by reception that they didn’t actually have any hard standing pitches available. Electric point was to far from pitch for our lead to reach. Girls in reception did offer a longer lead but only had French style so no use (we will bring a longer lead on future visits to France). Pool very small for size of park and not very deep. We unfortunately discarded the gate code and when wife asked reception for it so we could get out, attitude was abrupt.

Liked Friendly staff and clean amenities. Pitch right next to river giving stunning views to wake up to and wildlife to watch. Pool just right for a cooling dip.

Disliked Block paving around site needs reseating as very uneven, this was especially noticeable on the small path that leads to top of water slides. First night on site we were close to entertainment area, music (Karaoke) went on until 11.30pm, asked to move pitch next day which was accommodated.

Liked Concrete hard standing next to the river. Swimming pool just right for an evening dip. Quiet site set in amongst trees and old French farm buildings. Small bar with drinks and food if wanted. Lovely owners.

Liked Only stayed the one night whilst touring, Cornwall and Devon, but will certainly look at going back. Clean site, Fantastic facilities. On site shop had enough to keep topped up. Toilets were clean and modern as were the washing up and laundry areas. Covid being dealt with in good manner. Members of staff we met were polite.

Liked Clean, Friendly, Quiet, Spacious Pitch, Powerful Showers, Amenities. Adapted well to Covid19 with systems in place to keep people as safe as possible. Easy check in with name and pitch shown on a notice board at entrance to site. Once set up a member of staff introduced themselves and gave us the info needed about social distancing etc. Area for drying wetsuits was a bonus and something others would do well to provide in an area known for its surfing etc. Noise from main road wasn't as bad as expected from other reviews. Shower/toilet blocks were clean and the showers were hot and powerful, nice. Staff were friendly and happy to chat. Will definitely consider staying again.

Liked Quiet, Good Sized Pitch, Next To No Light Polution, Friendly. Owners were out when we arrived and we were informed to find a pitch and they would come to see us later. We set up and went out for the rest of the day, on return the owner introduced himself and made sure we knew where everything was. During our stay, owner was very helpful and even found a solution to enable us to dry our wetsuits. Facilities were ok for us and overall we enjoyed our stay, would definitely consider staying again.

Liked We were greeted by the owner who was friendly and welcoming. We were shown to our pitch and after a brief conversation we were left to enjoy our evening. The on site alpacas and llamas were cool. Good level grass site with good amount of space between units. Old caravan unit gives use of toilet and a honesty box system to buy most items required (tinned food, sweets etc). Option to stay for just one night was our main reason for stopping here as we were on our way back from Cornwall.
