Liked Lovely well kept site, very convenient for stopover before catching ferry at Calais. Busy, even at the end of September the restaurant was open and had a lovely meal. Friendly staff, showers/loos very clean.

Liked Great location with a 10 minute walk to town centre. Site was quiet and a little tired, needs some investment/refurb. Only stayed 1 night and it served what we wanted. Toilets/showers ok. Will stay over again in the summer and leave a more detailed review.

Liked Excellent location, busy site even in September. Has good facilities but site in need of refurbishment although there are new shower/toilet blocks. Grounds could do with maintenance and old buildings need to be demolished. The place looks tired.

Liked Simple, self service check-in although met the owner (the husband) who was a welcoming and helpful man. Hardstanding, level and perfect for rainy weather. Lovely showers, loos, washing up facilities. Only stayed one night but it was good. Perfect location for a short stay and short trip for the ferry in Dover.

Liked The site was lovely, a small secluded spot for campers and campervans. It was the last day of the season in September so all the facilities were not available. Only on site for 1 night, showers/toilet were fine. Will come back in the summertime for a full assessment.

Liked Warm and friendly welcome. Extremely well maintained site. All the key facilities were outstanding. Shower block/toilets very clean and tidy. Will be staying in my camper when visiting family in the future.

Liked Warm and friendly welcome, secure, safe, quite (double gated, one needing entry code). Toilets, showers spotless. Laundry available. A few minutes from M5...very convenient.

Liked Security access, a friendly welcome by the site managers. The site is well positioned with magnificent views of the Peak hills and the Derwent and Dove vallies. Well look after, amenities very good, shower block/toilet/wash room clean and tidy. We were only there one night but i would rate it very highly and will be back for a longer stay to take the many walks linked to the site.
