Liked Beautiful site near to Canal and pub with beautiful gardens. The site had plenty of picnic tables and bbq’s scattered around this picturesque site. Toilets and showers are basic but clean

Disliked There is nothing we disliked but some people may be affected by the noise of traffic and train line nearby. It was not loud enough to bother us.

Liked The site was clean and water taps and electric hook up very close to all the pitches. The site was clean and plenty of things there for children. The lake and beach was beautiful. There is an excellent Chinese on site the food is amazing. You can get draught beer there and sit in or outside regardless of whether you are having a meal or not. All staff there speak excellent English. Aldi store close to site

Disliked The bar on Klein strand 2 ( nearest to our pitch) the service was a bit slow for me so I just took a short walk to the other Chinese bar

Liked Peace and quiet very clean site very friendly and helpful staff. This is a very relaxing and adult only site if you want to party ‘wrong site’ if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle ‘ this is the place’ myself and my wife feel completely recharged. Amazing week for us 👍
