Liked Reception staff really helpful , Jas could see we weren’t thrilled with our “allocated” spot and immediately found us an alternative. The site was well maintained and looked after, we saw regular cleaning of facilities taking place. Great public transport links with bus stop right outside the entrance and train station a few minutes walk away. Good size pitch with water close by and grounds well looked after. Plenty of space around the site especially as very busy. Even had a visit from an ice cream van!
Disliked Shower facilities are difficult, old block men’s side showers always cold, and husband stood outside new showers for over 30 minutes and gave up. The issue being toilet, changing area and shower all in one lockable cubicle which means people take longer, than separate areas like a lot of sites therefore should be more showers, toilets for size of site. Beach defo not 5 minutes walk away as in pitch up blurb a good 25 minutes walk to beach and also 45 min walk to Tenby centre not 20 but worth it as beach is stunning.

Liked Lovely site, well maintained and friendly meet and greet . Showers and toilets exceptionally clean and maintained
Disliked Not sites fault but sat nav took us all to an industrial estate, should say turn right by Morrisons, concealed entrance Shower could be hotter

From the manager: Thank you for you review. On the email it does state Directions Broadmeadow Touring Park is adjacent to the A40 and is clearly sign posted with the brown caravan park signs. Unfortunately using a Sat Nav will not bring you directly to the park, please follow the brown signs and turn right onto Ashburton Road, keep on this road for approximately 500 yds, turning right (just before Morrisons). Follow this road through the industrial estate (which unfortunately is not the prettiest) to the Park.
