What customers say
This well-kept, tranquil site is lauded for its cleanliness, ample spots, and top-notch amenities, including pristine shower facilities. It's conveniently located a short stroll from Ross-on-Wye and close to grocery stores. Though the entrance is via an industrial area, it rarely mars the overall great stay. A few visitors noted occasional traffic sounds and shower temperature/time limits.

Good location. Within walking distance of town centre. Pleasant staff.

Liked Location is great. Good clean facilities.
Disliked What’s not to like. Although some reviews mention the access via a lorry park’ we did not find this to be an issue. I can understand why some larger motor homes may find the access a little ´tight’ but there were plenty of large Motorhomes and caravans on site when we were there.

Lovely, spotless site with fantastic dog walking. Would return!
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely campsite and really well thought out. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The pitches are staggered, which means that even on a busy weekend the site still felt spacious and you didn’t feel crammed in.
The off-lead dog walking area was fantastic, a huge bonus for us and our dog!
A lovely, well-designed site. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Disliked The only reason I’ve given 9/10 rather than 10/10 is the traffic noise. The main road is very close, so there is quite a lot of road noise. That said, it’s obviously something beyond the campsite’s control and certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again.

We appreciate that the road can sometimes be quite noisy.
When you stay again ask to be down the other side of the park.

Many good points, just the above but we still enjoyed it

Liked Location near to Ross. Toilet and showers kept clean. Lage pitches. Water on each pitch
Disliked Quite a long conversation with Stephen as to why we had to park our continental motorhome with our door facing our neighbours when it would have been more private for both parties had we been allowed to reverse onto the pitch. In fairness, it does state in their marketing that all motorhomes and caravans should face the same way which estheticly looks good but not ideal for privacy.

You would have the same problem if you turned around and the next person was a continental and they didnt want to turn around then your door's would still face each other so again no privacy.
Some sited do have bushes between the pitches for privacy which we do not.
