On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.58) applies for the use of the shower.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €160.00 ($186.60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($69.98) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 03/01 and 11/30.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Sites: a €100.00 ($116.63) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
