不喜欢 Showers/ washing up station/ toilets were covered in mould, bugs, webs and general dirt. Additionally there is no laundromat on site like specified. Lastly you will also need a French adapter which we did not realise which is partially our fault but would have been nice to have a reminder

Regarding the French adapter, these are available free of charge at reception. You only needed to ask our team, who would have been happy to provide one.

There is also a laundry facility available in one of the sanitary blocks. It may simply be that you used a different block during your stay. The different facilities are indicated by signs around the campsite, and our reception team is always available to provide information if needed.

Our sanitary facilities are cleaned daily and several times a day, and we are progressively renovating and improving them. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we regret that some of these points were not raised with our team during your stay, as we could have helped you immediately.

喜欢 Der Strand ear schön , wenn man ca 20 Minuten Hühelauf und ab gelaufen ist.
Dusche war heiß.

不喜欢 Nur auf unserem Platz , Plastikplanen, Autoreifen Glasflaschen, Ölkanister mit Öl, alte Campingteile, Glassplitter, alles ziemlich uneben und schlecht befahrbar. In der Umgebung alte Wohnwagen, oder Plätze mit altem Beton.Alles ungepflegt. Die Waschräume wurden erst dann gesäubert als ich Bescheid gesagt habe. Es ist sooo Schade, es könnte ein toller Platz sein. Sorry aber vielleicht wird es ja mal besser.

来自经理: Wij betreuren dat u een dergelijke beoordeling heeft geplaatst, maar herkennen ons absoluut niet in de beschrijving van uw bezoek.

U bent bij aankomst inderdaad weer vertrokken, maar wij hebben u ontvangen en geprobeerd de situatie met u te bespreken. Het is dan ook onjuist om te stellen dat u slecht of onbeleefd bent behandeld. Wij doen er alles aan om onze gasten op een correcte en respectvolle manier te ontvangen.

Wat betreft de staat van de camping: ons terrein is bewust natuurlijk en bosrijk ingericht en wordt momenteel geleidelijk gerenoveerd en verbeterd. Dat kan niet worden gelijkgesteld met een “afschuwelijke camping” of “oude rotzooi”.

Wij respecteren uiteraard dat de camping niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wel vinden wij het jammer dat u daarbij feitelijke onjuistheden en persoonlijke verwijten richting onze medewerkster gebruikt.

喜欢 Mir hat das Zelt besonders gut gefallen es war bequem und eine kurze aber erholsame Nacht für ein Tag ist es zu 5 aufjedfall empfehlenswert.

不喜欢 Das Wasser musste man am Toiletten Häuschen holen was sehr unsauber war und das Wasser hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt das Zelt war bequem und auch gemütlich aber wie gesagt für ein hab inordnung für mehrere Tage wäre uns das zu eng die Kinder haben sich nicht getraut zum Toiletten Häuschen zu gehen weil es stockdunkel war.

不喜欢 Toilets, showers and wash up area was old and dirty. Electric hookup away from the site so that wire had to lie across the vehicle path. Sites not level and very sandy making it easy to get stuck in a car.

喜欢 La proximité de la plage très agréable quand il fait beau.

不喜欢 Les sanitaires inondé en permanence, mauvaise évacuation des douches.
Ensemble vieillot mal nettoyer, miroirs pour se raser trop haut et inexistant sur certains lavabo. On a les pieds trempés, faut prévoir des bottes. En été ça passe mais quand il fait froid c’est pas top.

Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés dans les sanitaires, notamment concernant l’évacuation des douches. Nos sanitaires sont nettoyés quotidiennement et plusieurs fois par jour, mais nous reconnaissons que certains équipements sont vieillissants et nécessitent des améliorations. Des travaux de rénovation sont progressivement engagés.

Nous prenons également en compte vos remarques concernant les miroirs et l’aménagement des lavabos. Merci pour ces observations qui nous permettent d’identifier les points à améliorer.

喜欢 De prachtige ligging vlak bij de zee en het strand. De camping doet natuurlijk aan.

不喜欢 De sanitaire voorzieningen waren vies en gedeeltelijk verstopt.

喜欢 Leaving the site a day early.

不喜欢 The site has an abandoned feel on arrival.
Pitches are not maintained with weed growth, lumps of concrete and debris strewn across the site. There are many hazards for children. They are also numerous caravans which appeared to have been abandoned, giving the site a very scruffy appearance. Many plots consist of deep sand which is not suitable for any vehicle to park upon.
Electric hookup cables cross the road due to the little number of working points. I witnessed one campers cable get caught by a passing vehicle and ripped out and dragged along the track.

Both toilet blocks are dated and very poorly maintained. One of the male toilet blocks constantly flooded and has obviously done so for some considerable time, evidenced by the weeds growing outside. The cleaning team literally hose them out each day, which meant that they are deep in water for hours at a time, picking up more dirt from guests feet on entry.

We had initially booked for two nights as some respite and chill by the sea before crossing the channel, having travelled significantly in the days before this however, after staying just one night we decided to leave. On departure we complained to reception, who stated that they were unable to help, but gave us an email address. Having followed up via the email address provided, we are yet to hear a reply, which gives you the impression that the site really doesn’t care.

喜欢 Great location, easy walk to lovely beach. Close to nature
The pitches are sandy, but you get to ice your own one. Some are less sandy, some have concrete, some have more grass than sand. You pick the one right for you. Nice burger van.

不喜欢 Amenities had everything ti needed in there, but the block we used could d with a make over. We used some ther amenities after the beach and the were lovely
