Non mi è piaciuto Toilets, showers and wash up area was old and dirty. Electric hookup away from the site so that wire had to lie across the vehicle path. Sites not level and very sandy making it easy to get stuck in a car.

Het spijt ons dat u de sanitaire voorzieningen niet naar wens heeft ervaren. Deze worden dagelijks en meerdere keren per dag schoongemaakt. We blijven bovendien bezig met het verbeteren en renoveren van onze sanitaire voorzieningen.

We hopen u in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen.

En revanche, nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés concernant les douches, la présence de mégots sur votre emplacement et l’absence de possibilité de vidange pour votre camping-car. Nous prenons bien en compte vos remarques afin d’améliorer la qualité de nos services.

Pitches are not maintained with weed growth, lumps of concrete and debris strewn across the site. There are many hazards for children. They are also numerous caravans which appeared to have been abandoned, giving the site a very scruffy appearance. Many plots consist of deep sand which is not suitable for any vehicle to park upon.
Electric hookup cables cross the road due to the little number of working points. I witnessed one campers cable get caught by a passing vehicle and ripped out and dragged along the track.

Both toilet blocks are dated and very poorly maintained. One of the male toilet blocks constantly flooded and has obviously done so for some considerable time, evidenced by the weeds growing outside. The cleaning team literally hose them out each day, which meant that they are deep in water for hours at a time, picking up more dirt from guests feet on entry.

We had initially booked for two nights as some respite and chill by the sea before crossing the channel, having travelled significantly in the days before this however, after staying just one night we decided to leave. On departure we complained to reception, who stated that they were unable to help, but gave us an email address. Having followed up via the email address provided, we are yet to hear a reply, which gives you the impression that the site really doesn’t care.

Mi è piaciuto Great location, easy walk to lovely beach. Close to nature
The pitches are sandy, but you get to ice your own one. Some are less sandy, some have concrete, some have more grass than sand. You pick the one right for you. Nice burger van.

Non mi è piaciuto Amenities had everything ti needed in there, but the block we used could d with a make over. We used some ther amenities after the beach and the were lovely

Mi è piaciuto What a beautiful place, great pitches, away from others, some sandy, so like you own private beach. Showers OK, nothing special. Overall I thought it was wonderful. Not near the sea though, its a lengthy stride.

Mi è piaciuto The trees surrounding the campsite. Staff friendly, site reasonably near to the beach.

Non mi è piaciuto Paid for showers which were cold and dirty. Only one toilet in a block. No dryers for drying hands, broken sinks. Washing dishes, sink blocked, water cold.

We’re sorry, however, that the sanitary facilities did not meet your expectations. We take your comments regarding the showers, sinks and washing-up area seriously. Our facilities are currently being progressively renovated, and we are working to improve their comfort and condition.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely beach for an evening stroll. Toilet paper in toilets

Non mi è piaciuto ‘Restaurant’ if you can call it that, is a burger van at the back of a room full of tables and chairs. Paid 48 euros for half a larger and 3 soft drinks with 2 pizzas and a burger/chips. It took 1 hour before we had to hang around at the van (though others were being served) then the plain pizza had ham and mushrooms and the burger was pink and inedible!!

The pitches are sand (be careful you might get stuck) and very unloved, along with the toilet block - broken bits of equipment scattered around and apparently the gents was horrible!! So much so that the men were using the ladies! Not nice.

Noise and smoking at night from statics or residents nearby wasn't great.

Shame because with a bit of love, the site could be really nice.

We take your comments regarding the restaurant, the sanitary facilities and the maintenance of the pitches seriously. Our campsite is currently undergoing gradual renovation and improvement, and we are working to make the facilities more comfortable for our guests.

Regarding the restaurant, we are sorry that your experience with the waiting time and your meals was disappointing. We will pass your comments on to the catering provider.

We also regret the noise and smoking disturbances you experienced during the night.
