Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Beautiful views and scenery. Owners are lovely, we had an issue with one of our tents which they offered suggestions for and we got it sorted. Nice quiet site, I’ve never slept so late in a tent! Bike trails are right in and along side the site which was perfect.

If I was in the area again I'd stay here again.
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked I stayed or one night and arrived by motorbike. The welcome was friendly and was advised I can pitch where I liked, and park my motorbike next to the tent.
Although there aren't many pancake flat pitches, they aren't too sloped and I slept well. The view is amazing, sat in the hills, and I don't think you would find somewhere with this kind of view from somewhere pancake flat so it is what it is.
I left early so didn't use the showers, however the toilets were clean and close to the pitches.
The road to the site is a narrow lane and was great fun riding to the site.
Disliked Nothing to note.

Liked Stayed here for one night in our motorhome without hookup.
Facilities met our needs and clean and tidy.
Chatted to the owners who seemed lovely and helpful, had some toasties and chips for lunch with some local bottled cider!
Able to get directly onto some bike paths and a little skills area which our kids loved!
The view from the camping field was breathtaking, it was exactly what we wanted and needed and for £20 a night we couldn't ask for more!
There are lodges to stay on also and one with a hot tub!
We will definitely be back, thanks for a lovely night

Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Views limited to see what was available in surrounding areas from the internet hence my dislike sadly.
Disliked Nothing to do locally really on a Saturday night unless you had a bike as it’s in the middle of nowhere
