Tyn Rhos Caravan Park

Ty'n Rhos is a quiet family site located two miles to the north of Moelfre, just ten minutes walk to Lligwy Beach. Lligwy Beach is one of the last unspoilt beaches left on Anglesey, with kilometers of sand, parking, and a shop to cater for basic needs. There are lots of excellent walks in the area, and Lligwy is on the Anglesey coastal path. Electric hook ups, modern toilets, hot showers (small charge), wash room, running hot and cold water, and a launderette are available on site. A brand new Toilet and Shower Block has been built for 2010. There is no clubhouse, shop, restaurant or designated children's play area, although children are welcome. The nearest pub, cafes and shops can be found in Moelfre.

Route directions

After crossing the Menai Straits over Britannia Bridge on the A55, take the second sliproad, following the A5025 signs to Benllech/Amlwch. Follow this road for 10 miles until you reach Benllech. Continue through Benllech village passing our main site office (Bodafon Caravan Park) and continue on this road for about 2 miles until you reach a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout, towards Moelfre. About ½ mile down the hill turn left just past the fish and chip shop. Follow this road for about 2 miles and you will see Ty’n Rhos Caravan Park on the right hand side (blue and white sign).
