What customers say
Highly recommended, well-kept campsite near Brecon Beacons. Guests rave about spotless facilities, spacious sites, and friendly staff (especially Janine). The pub next door is a big plus for food and vibe. Peaceful, clean, great value. Minor notes on Wi-Fi, occasional pub noise, and sink count. Most would return.

We had a really good stay…
Primitive grass tent campsite (solo)
Liked We had a really good stay here and would happily come back. It is a smaller campsite, but there is still enough space and it has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed camping trip. The atmosphere was peaceful and the location is lovely. Janine was soo friendly :)
The toilet and washing facilities are accessed with a key card, which is a nice touch and helps keep them for campsite guests only. The facilities were useful and convenient during the stay.
Just a couple of honest things to know before booking: the campsite itself is quite compact. Not too crowded even if its getting busier. If you are very scared of spiders, the showers might not be your favourite place, :D we did see a few in there! It did not ruin your stay anyway, its a campsite after all :) but it is worth mentioning.
The main entrance gate does not appear to be controlled by the same card system, so if secure gated access is especially important to you, keep that in mind. Overall though, it is a great little campsite, good value, peaceful, and perfect for a simple camping break. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked Nothing Really

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Relaxed booking in process. Great access for campervan, with good size pitches. Very quiet, relaxing stay with great walked within walking distance of the campsite Showers, toilets were clean and in good order. The chemical waste and grey waste are located near the entrance of the site. Fresh water is accessible on site
Overall this is a great location for exploring. There is a very nice pub at the entrance of the site and another 10 minutes walk away, with welcoming. There is also a small shop 5 minutes walk away.
Owner is very helpful and Friendly, would stay again.

A brilliant camping weekend at this…
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked A brilliant camping weekend at this site! From the moment we arrived, everything felt well looked after, especially the excellent toilet facilities, which were great, and always clean throughout. The grassed plots were a real highlight too; they were spacious, level, and a pleasure to pitch on.
Location-wise, it’s spot on. The pub was incredible, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a fantastic night with live music that made the whole weekend feel lively but relaxed. There’s also a local shop just yards away, which was really handy, and a great coffee house nearby for those morning boosts.
What really sets the place apart, though, is the surrounding scenery. The walks are stunning, with routes that make it easy to step into nature and enjoy the views. Overall, it felt like a tranquil bliss kind of spot, peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for switching off.
I’ll definitely be returning, can’t recommend it enough.
Disliked Nothing to dislike. Fantastic place.

Would be good for families
Primitive grass tent campsite (solo)
Liked The site was clean and the lady who checked me in was friendly. Good location with a pub basically on site
Disliked The site was too ‘mainstream’ for my liking. However, nothing to fault the site, just too many people, too close together, music playing etc.
