Liked A fantastic site, very well laid out and organised. Stunning landscapes and the facilities were second to none! Arrived on a Wednesday and delighted to be able to head to the onsite bar where we had a really tasty pizza and listened to the live music!!!

Primitive grass campsite (large)
Liked Clean and tidy, great facilities and nice to have amenities, bar and park close by. Staff were welcoming and helpful
Disliked Better enforcement of rules and sadly some adults smoking by the park (smelt like illegal substances) and dogs off lead despite being told by staff to keep them on lead

Absolutely brilliant
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Stayed on fully serviced gravel pitches. Well shaded which was a blessing in 25+ degrees. Pitches are very big and flat.
Sam's bar with well priced drinks, huge playground next to it for the kids.
Lakes dotted around kept clean (one unfortunately had dried up in hot weather). Goats. Nature walk around the full site, and 0.75 mile woth lots of fun facts to read around. Also a Den Building part around the walk. Grounds are immaculate.
Shop on site for essentials.
Powerful showers.
Great location for some seeing. Stonehendge, Caen lochs, White Horse, Avebury henge and more, all within 30 min drive.
Oh, and friendly staff with warm welcome and smile every day.
Disliked Nothing, this is a beautiful site.

Liked Nice spacious pitches with good facilities. Sam’s bar was awesome! My son loved the table tennis table too.
Disliked Shame there was such a long wait for food at Sam’s bar but we were warned it was very busy.

Liked The pitch sizes, the peace and quiet for the first few days, the safety for children to roam around, the friendly staff
Disliked When it got busy over the weekend, I think the place felt a it cramped and noisy. Not everyone abided by the late night quiet time adn there was nobody to report the noise to.
