Our sort of site.
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite (sloping, maximum 6 metres)
Liked Everything. A very large field with wonderful views and sunsets over the Severn estuary to Wales. 3 portaloos which we saw bring checked and cleaned at least once a day but as we were in a Motorhome didn’t use. Waste/recycle bins emptied daily. Fairly easy ride down to the Strawberry Line. Endless woodland walks across the road from the farm. Owner (Neil/Neal) very friendly and the rest of the family we saw always acknowledged with a smile and a wave. Pub food very good. Going with its name we watched a pair of swallows swooping in and out of a barn. If it wasn’t such a trek we’d be returning again and again but fingers crossed will get at least one more visit in before the end of September. Don’t change a thing.
