nice site, let down by staff
Powered grass campsite
Liked very clean and well cared for.
indoor pool is very clean and modern and is at a nice temp.
outdoor pool has a roper holiday feel to it.
The soft play, craft and games room are a nice touch
The shop is well stocked
Disliked sending families with small children to the furthest away part of the campsite.
Not getting a grip of the Pikeys who were holidaying/living there or preventing them from neglecting their dog
the entrance barrier does not allow you entrance, it is not observed by camera and staff are not proactive in resolving it, means abandoning the car and walking 1.5km to our pitch with a 2 year old.
the pitches are all sloping meaning you can expect to be uncomfortable in a caravan and unbearable in a tent.
The internet is so bad it may as well be cancelled.

Liked Club house really good
Swimming pool really nice
Site was well maintained
Showers blocks clean and modern
Disliked Speed bumps on site needed to be repainted as walking back from the club house in dark was hard to see
Slight slope but if you have got chocks no problems
Beware tight country road to get to camp site , not the camp site fault but just to be made aware of

Liked We like the reception staff for accommodating our change of plan from a grass tent pitch to a pod due to unreliable weather. Very helpful and friendly.
A very nice site with families enjoying it with out making to much impact on the peace and quite.
As our first time we were not aware of all the facilities and entertainment put on.
We enjoyed having a breakfast and a bar meal in the evening. Indoor pool as well during a child free session.

Liked The maintenance of the site, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff from arrival through to departure. An amazing Dog paddock which surpassed anything we have encountered in our travels both home and abroad.
Although we were a couple the site has plenty of areas and activities to keep families with children entertained. overall amazing will definately be booking a return visit.

Liked Small site, mix of accommodation options, clean facilities, plenty of amenities, outdoor and indoor pool, great evening entertainment. Later checkout option for camping. Lots of parks, especially helpful to occupy the kids when pitching the tent! Close links to areas of interest
Disliked Pool could have been a little so we could’ve spent more time in it, but that’s if I'm being really fussy!

Lovely site, pitches for tents aren’t very well thought out

Liked Lovely site. lovely clean showers. Staff friendly. Clubhouse was nice with good food and drink. Handy shop on site.
Disliked We stayed in electric pitch 12 which was too far away from the electric point despite our standard electric lead we couldn’t use our electric as it was too far away. Therefore we couldn’t plug in our electric cooker and had to leave a day early as it was costing us to much to eat out
