- Heated outdoor pool, bar, café, shop, takeaway and craft centre

- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including indoor swimming, fitness suite and bookable activities. Use of Outdoor Swimming Pool (May-Sept) is included in rate. are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).
- The restaurant is open between 11/02 and 30/10.
- Entertainment and activities are available between 01/04 and 29/10.
- The grocery shop is open between 11/02 and 30/10.
- The indoor swimming pool is open between 02/01 and 30/12.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- The bar is open between 11/02 and 29/10.
- Use of the outdoor pool is free-of-charge; there is a small charge for use of the indoor pool, however. Please note that some of the pitches may have a gentle slope.

Disliked The ladies toilets dont have sinks (2 stalls have a sink in them but the rest dont) you have to walk next door to the shower cubicles to find a sink

Woodland camping pod
Liked The pod we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The park was very well maintained and the loos and showers were great. As we were there in a heatwave the outside pool was amazing, and very popular.

Disliked Struggled to get van level as slops but we are in Devon lol not a dislike just a mention

Liked Friendly staff and spacious pitches. The toilet and shower blocks were kept very clean. As an ex-Facilities Manager whose role included ensuring public toilets on a very large National Trust estate were kept up to standard, the team at Whitehill do an exceptional job.
Disliked Not much shade around the swimming pool.
