What customers say
This campsite offers a peaceful, rustic retreat focusing on nature and animals, with free-roaming fowl. Guests rave about the friendly owners, beautiful locale with coastal access, and clean facilities. While many enjoy the relaxed vibe and spacious pitches, some note occasional road noise, dated/limited restrooms when busy, and a more remote, less manicured feel.

Liked Chickens! The place was lovely and very welcoming! Lovely showers amazing compared to others. And just very friendly very family run vibes.
Disliked I shouldn’t have left! It was only a passing stop before moving on else where I wish I stayed longer!

We would definitely book here again, we had a lovely stay. 😊
Powered grass campsite (large)
Liked Site managers were laid back, helpful and friendly. Lovely set up for tents with a large area to pitch and the middle of the field is kept free for families to enjoy. Very peaceful and quiet after 10pm. Ps cockerals wake you at dawn so take earplugs if you are not an early riser. 😉
Disliked Electric supply was not set up as the cable connector was missing. Luckily we had an extra long extension connection. I suggest they should charge a deposit for the cables. Utility area was great and includes a washer, fridge and freezers but they need to be part of a regular clean as heavily used and campers leave stuff that goes out of date. I cleaned them but that was my choice. 👍

Liked Lovely location, not too far from Kynance Cove and Lizard’s Point.
Lovely beach, Kennack Sands, just a few miles away
Good facilities, no one had to wait for a shower or a toilet.
Very lovely, friendly owners, who were happy to help with any queries.
Good value for a summer holiday week.

Great place worth to visit
Primitive grass campsite (large)
Liked Great facilities; toilets, utylity room with two fridges, freezer and two washing machines. Spacious pitches and great location
Disliked Our pitch was next to quite a busy road. The trees are separating the campsite and the road however it was often way too noisy

Peaceful, rustic and perfect place to stay
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Loved everything about this little rustic campsite, beautiful setting and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Loved the chickens roaming freely. The facilities have everything you need without it feeling like a holiday park. We cycled to Kynance Cove In 10 minutes down a footpath and drove the next day to the car park. It's very close. We will definitely be staying here for longer next time and using it as a base to explore Cornwall
Disliked Nothing.

Liked Small site, which is what we wanted. Good location for the Lizard but definitely stayed in better.
Disliked It's looking tired and a little neglected. Lots of brambles around the pitches and a few old dumpy bags and other stuff lying around the site. Wife wouldn't use the main showers as they were grubby and the door was very hard to shut. The other shower was tired but functional.

Would I stay again, 100%.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Elizabeth, (Liz) is an amazing host and owner of 'Little Trethvas Holidays' situated in The Lizard, Cornwall near a busy road that could be heard but did go quiet early evening and was not a problem at ALL to me.
Thank you Liz for looking after me, checking-in when I walked up to your house most evenings to get my flask filled with boiling water so I could have a warm drink before bed every night. That was so lovely and kind of you!!! 😊🤗
The welcome pack with information about campsite, magazine and map of 'The Lizard' was so benenficial which made me explore all the beaches and coves on the Lizard.
'Little Trethvas Holidays' is a perfect location for hiking experience. Lizard has a villiage which is 5 minutes by car and the nearest beach is Kynance Cove which is stunning!!!
The bamtams were beautiful.
Disliked Nothing but I did think the general up keep needed a little tender love and care. Attention to detail this was all.
Toilets to be checked twice a smell of bleach would have been nice. And for people to use air freshner.
In the shower room I could not close the window as the ivy had taken over. Ivy was taking over
There was a pile of bags that needed to be cleared on the left handside walking to the first toilet/ shower block first from campsite.
Signs looked alittle tired.
