- Group bookings of 7 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units heavier than 3500 kilograms are not allowed.
- Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- If you are bringing either a gazebo or an awning, cars will need to be parked in the car park instead of on pitch. 20kWh of electric is included per stay. Further usage metered on site at £0.25 per kWh and must be paid onsite using a pre-paid topup card. Unused credit is non-refundable.

Liked Small, family run site in a lovely location for exploring the marshes. Toilets and shower were spotlessly clean and they are currently adding two more shower cubicles to meet extra demand.

Liked Semi hardstanding marked out, toilets and showers always clean. Very quiet and lovely family running it.

Liked Great shower and toilets - lovely little chill area with books and games. All very clean and well looked after.
Convenient location to get to Dungeness and great pub nearby (the Bell Inn)
For a small fee we were provided with a brazier and fire kit - lovely to have this on a wet November night
Sockets to charge phones and dry hair a big plus
