What customers say
Spacious site, clean facilities, friendly staff. Guests love the great views, convenient location, and on-site pizza/breakfast. Some noted showers could use updates and it gets busy on weekends. Good value, relaxing stay.

Lovely site, traditional camping.
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked Was a lovely site, lovely food in the evenings and morning. Good price.
Disliked Some quite loud people one evening that ruined it abit for us, but that's not their fault. Toilets were quite messy due to the people that were being loud on site.

You can use as much space…
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked You can use as much space as you like for your tent/car.
Disliked No email about bbq restrictions for this weekend, pizza van-1.5h waiting time, a few showers for big camping site!

From the manager: Hi there, thank you for your feedback.
We did email guests about the temporary BBQ restrictions, and the information was also shared on our social media and displayed on our website at the time of booking. We’re sorry you must have missed these notices.
The pizza staff work incredibly hard and customers are advised at check-in to order early to avoid waiting times later on. The unusually long wait time was due to the increased demand for pizza because of the BBQ restrictions temporarily in place.

I stayed during the school holidays…
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked I stayed during the school holidays and it wasn't too bad. Not overcrowded and minimal noise. I didn't stay for the weekend though as i would imagine it gets a bit rowdy.

Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked Excellent site, well located and quiet even though it gets particularly busy at weekends. Amenities clean, well kept and the food on site service is good and reasonably priced.
Disliked Nothing to dislike, excellent site but it’s popularity and success can make it very busy at weekends

Really enjoyed it, we'll be back.
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked We really liked the food at the Smokin Crust, we had the pizzas and a breakfast.
Staff were friendly.
Pitching up where you like, worked well for us as we were with friends.
Nice views.
Disliked We like it all but if there were a few more showers avaliable and shelves for washbags in the toilets sink area. But that's us being picky.
A small playpark would be good, but there was space on our visit to play ball games by the tent.

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review! We're so pleased you enjoyed the pizzas and breakfast from Smokin Crust, and that our team helped make your stay an enjoyable one.
It's great to hear our relaxed pitch-anywhere approach worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the countryside views.
We also appreciate your suggestions about additional showers, washbag shelves and a play area. Feedback like this is invaluable as we continue improving Bramley Park Camping.
We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Lovely site let down by noise at night.
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite (wild)
Liked Pizza service, the setting.
Disliked - Noise at night.
It is supposed to be quiet from 22:00 each night however there were a number of people still being really noisy singing at nearly 02:00 on our first night. A car alarm also kept going off. People were also playing music.
On the second night a number of cars arrived after 22:00 so the lights were coming through the tent and one group of guys were putting tents up with flashlights at 01:43.
- Lack of water pressure in showers.
A mere trickle so took an age to wash. The toilets were also not on the best shape and needed cleaning and toilet roll replenishing more regularly.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased you enjoyed the setting at Bramley Park Camping and our pizzas.
We're sorry to hear your stay was affected by noise. We do have a quiet time from 10pm and ask all guests to be considerate of others. While we do our best to enforce this, we can't always prevent the occasional inconsiderate guest, and we're sorry this impacted your visit.
Regarding the shower pressure, this was unfortunately caused by a burst South East Water mains in the local area, which affected water pressure across Polegate and the surrounding area. While it was outside of our control, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been.
We also appreciate your comments about the toilet facilities. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we'll continue reviewing our cleaning schedules during busy periods to maintain the standards our guests expect.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you'll consider visiting Bramley Park Camping again in the future.
