Brilliant campsite for our first camping experience.
Power optional grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Our pitch was very spacious and a lovely location looking over to a field of newly born lambs. Each pitch had its own picnic table and camp fire. Clean washing facilities, showers had hot water. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Campsite
Power optional grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Great campsite with really spacious pitches. Check-in was super easy and the owners were friendly but left you to it, which we liked. Nice and quiet, very dog-friendly, and loads of great walks nearby including some Wainwrights.
Toilet and shower facilities were really clean, plus there are great washing-up facilities and even solar charging for phones. Fire pits are provided too, you just need to grab firewood, which you can get from the local village shop for a reasonable price.
There’s also a lovely pub close by with really good food. Would definitely stay again.
