What customers say
Orcaber Farm is a top-rated campsite for its spotless facilities, roomy pitches, and lovely setting. Guests rave about the clean restrooms/showers, friendly staff, and well-stocked shop. It's family & dog-friendly, with a dog field and nearby walks. Fire pits and on-site food are hits. Mostly quiet, though some noise during busy times. Great value; many guests plan to return.

Very lively campsite with amazing facilities
Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing facilities(first campsite to have music piped in the toilets), grass pitch is flat ground.
Disliked Feels like a festival. Your space isn’t guaranteed( campers will pitch up right next to you)

A great site with spotlessly clean facilities and friendly staff.
Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked I love that this site welcomes groups!
The toilet and shower block were immaculate. There were 2 hairdryers which were free to use. There was a tall freezer in the information room. The shop was fairly well equipped with essentials, toys and bags of ice. Bacon butties and hot drinks are available on Sunday mornings from 8:30, which is great if you’re needing to leave camp at 10:30.
There are fire pits available for free if you buy some wood (quite reasonably priced) and a chap drives around with them on the back of a trailer.
There are no restrictions to pitching up your tent, Tentbox or camper van: you can basically go anywhere you like. It’s a huge field and there is a goal post at one end with plenty of space for people to play.
The management are very chilled, and you can keep your fire going as long as you keep the volume down.
Despite it being a large site, it was perfectly quiet during the night.
There is a dog exercise field next door.
There are plenty of washing up stations, and although they are covered, they are outdoors.
The Game Cock pub is within 10 minute walk and it has a lovely beer garden with covered booths; fabulous food, too!
Disliked The toilet and shower block doesn’t have any hooks, other than in the shower cubicles.
If you want to buy something in the shop using contactless the minimum spend is £5, so make sure to take cash (especially 50p’s for the showers (you get 10 minutes for that, though!)
There is no other choice of hot sandwich on Sunday mornings than bacon.

Very welcoming, cleanest facilities by a mile and level pitches
Powered grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing as always, second time visiting (Couple with a dog) it was busy with it being the school holidays but that didn't make a difference to our our first visit, plenty of room between pitches and I can't express enough how clean the toilets and showers are constantly, especially with how many people are on this site at any given time.

Our 3rd visit to this site and it keeps getting better and better.
Primitive grass tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite
Liked Friendly staff who are always on hand to help.
The site is spotless, and I mean spotless, even the toilet and shower blocks.
The home made pizzas available on Saturday nights are a must.
It was very busy on Friday and Saturday night but plenty of space between tents on the open field so it didn't feel claustrophobic.
Disliked Honestly can't think of anything.....

Great site, good location. Would definitely go again
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Had a lovely corner pitch, which was really big. Grass area and hard standing. Big picnic table and our own fresh water tap!
Showers were lovely, 50p and they lasted ages. Music playing it was great. Really clean and spacious.
Good outdoor dish washing area.
Massive dog wash.
Great shop and lovely staff.
Fire pits were great. Guy comes round with pits to hire, wood, kindling etc to buy.
Disliked Not a dislike just a preference…… we had a lovely grass side as mentioned but I always think if bushes are planted on these pitches it just gives privacy from the neighbours

Liked Beautiful campsite. Toilets, showers amazing. Scrupulously clean everywhere. Small shop for essentials. Lovely countryside. Lovely walk into Austwick and had a drink in the local pub. Wanted to stay longer but unfortunately was fully booked. Will be booking to go back next year. Friendly staff who come round with firepits and logs early evening to buy. What more could you want!
