Nice, friendly farm campsite. Well kept, clean and tidy facilities. There were chickens roaming around the campsite and a lovely viewing from the site and shower blocka of the lambs and sheep in the neighbouring fields. A good locations for getting around by car, was a 20 minute drive from the start of the three peaks walk and similar minute drive from the ingleton waterfall trail. Walking distance to nice counrty pub with very nice food in the village too.

    Disliked:

Not many facilities but they were in the process of building more. Was quite noisy with the work they were doing to the site and we were pitched next to the country road so had tractors and cars coming past regularly. Our electric pitch was turned off a few times due to the work they were doing on the site too.

Excellent pitch with EHU, water point, TV aerial and grey waste disposal (what more could you want?). Hardstanding and very spacious with lots of room between the neighbouring pitch. We never use the services, but noted they were very warm and clean. Small site which suited us perfectly, so relatively quiet. There was some work being done on the adjacent field, but it wasn't too noisy. Lovely walks all around in the heart of the countryside. Easy walk to Austwick for the Game Cock pub, we took a big torch for the walk back as was pitch black, but thoroughly enjoyable. Definitely use again.

The limestone formation of Malham Cove, a famed Yorkshire Dales beauty spot, is also a popular local spot.

Yet more walks, hikes and heaps more spectacular scenery are at the Lake District National Park, about an hour's drive away.
