Orcaber Caravan and Camping Site

喜欢 Honestly the cleanest campsites we’ve ever stayed at. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless, and they were cleaned every single day. The campsite itself was well looked after, peaceful and had plenty of space. Great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales

不喜欢 The only downside was having to pay 50p for 10 minutes of hot water in the showers. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice if hot showers were included in the pitch price

喜欢 This is a lovely, clean and well equipped site with a shop and the nicest toilet and shower facilities we have come across. We were pitched at the front of the site near the road which felt a bit isolating, but the field behind the toilets looked amazing.

不喜欢 Only thing to improve is the shower. You have to pay 50p for ten mins. I doubt many would normally stay in a shower for ten mins, but by charging some may stay to "get their money's worth" resulting in higher water usage? Just a thought

喜欢 The location, cleanliness and the quiet of the site were all great.

不喜欢 Disliked paying for a shower after having paid a top dollar for the site. However, the poor quality of the internet was the real deal breaker.

喜欢 Great site, lovely views, showers toilets clean, all the facilities you need and very quiet of an evening.
Great location for Ingleton, Settle, Kirby Lonsdale visits.
I preferred having an empty pod than the usual uncomfy beds you get in pods, loads of room to put everything you need.

nice level grass pitches with electric.
shop on site and wi-fi at pitch

不喜欢 in very dry weather we had the dust from the stone gravel roads made the car dirty in a short space of time on my visit

喜欢 Very good campsite, excellent amenities, toilets and showers very good and exceptionally clean. Great location for walking. Loved the dog wash and secured dog field. Staff very friendly and super helpful, even when very busy. Wifi in the camping field. This is one of the best campsite we have stayed on in our 7 years of camping in the uk. Highly recommend this campsite is an understatement.

不喜欢 Not much to dislike really. We did find the 11pm a bit late for noise but thats just us.

喜欢 Lovely big pitches with EHU water and grey drainage.
Fantastic area for walking & cycling.

不喜欢 We, unfortunately, were on hardstanding in the field where there were huge numbers of tents which is fine but it was very noisy well past the supposed ‘quiet time’ of 11pm and because of the fire pits offered to all campers there was an acrid smell of smoke which forced us to close all our windows even though the temperature was high. While I’m on a ‘Moan’ it really annoys me that nothing was done to stop both children & adults playing football around the pitches despite there being an allocated field to play ball games. Perhaps a little more policing is required?
Would stay again but not on a weekend.
