Liked Chilled campsite. Facilities are basic but extremely clean. Yes there is road noise but you can’t expect to be so close to town and not hear traffic. River very close and we went paddle boarding and had a swim.
The town is gorgeous, so pretty and some great pubs. We loved it and will be back.
Disliked Signal not great but it didn’t bother us

Liked Really lovely little clean campsite. Small shower facilities but immaculately kept! Walking distance to supermarket, pubs and food places (The Boathouse tapas is fabulous!). Vance was very lovely and welcoming!
Disliked Busy road noise during the day (boy racer track!) but we knew that before we booked.

Liked Phoned for the gate code on arrival and the owner came out to give us a friendly welcome. Very good, clean showers & toilets. Large level pitches, a good layout, with shrubs around - we had ehu and water on pitch. Some pitches have shelter from trees. Close to Upton. Excellent price for location and facilities. Yes there is some road noise which we knew about but didn’t find it too much of a problem - all quiet overnight. Had a lovely stay.
