What customers say
A clean, well-kept site with great staff and a prime riverside spot on the Avon. The river taxi to Stratford is a big hit. Facilities are generally praised, though some toilet blocks need updating. Spacious, level pitches, many with river views. It can get busy but it's a good hub for exploring.

Powered grass travel trailer campsite (riverside)
Liked Loved the riverside bar. We were lucky to stay when a Corrs tribute were on!
You can hire paddleboards
Great dog walk
Lots of toilets
Easy check in
Disliked The pitches are all in 1 field and looks a bit messy due to it not being uniformed lines.
I imagine in bad weather it could be very muddy with there being no paths.
None of these points will stop me returning. Must be one of my favourite sites so far!

Beautifully maintained park in walking distance…
Powered grass travel trailer campsite (riverside)
Liked Beautifully maintained park in walking distance to Stratford upon Avon, good, clean facilities. On site bar and restaurant, brilliant entertainment both evenings. Loved the river taxi into Stratford. Staff were all very friendly and super helpful.
Disliked Pitches are very close together and tightly packed in.

Loved the pitch, well worth spending…
Riverfront powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Loved the pitch, well worth spending extra to have a river front pitch. Very quiet and relaxing. Chilling around the camper van.
Disliked Would have liked to be able to put up our gazebo to give us shade on a very hot day.

Great location but tiny pitches
Powered grass travel trailer campsite (riverside)
Liked Fantastic location on the riverside with a great bar/restuarant.
Flat pitches
Plenty of showers and toilets.
Water taxi to/from town is great every 20 minutes, which the dogs also loved. Also walking distance into town and a nice walk.
Staff all happy and very friendly with lots of chatter.
Disliked Pitches are tiny and I understand we went at the busy end of July week, it was full. The only view you get is the front/side/back of another van/caravan. I know they are standard size but we felt squeezed in. I thought "riverside" would have a view of the river but you need to book "riverfront" to get a a view. It was so cramped we left 2 days early which was such a shame given its location and otherwise a great site.
Could do with some dog hooks outside the toilet/shower block which would be handy.

Great site, especially if travelling with kids
Powered grass travel trailer campsite (riverside)
Liked Clean site. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lots to do, especially if travelling with kids. Loved the river boat transfer to town but also an easy walk. Spar about 15 minutes away.
Pitches level. Well laid out with plenty of space between them. Nice family atmosphere, with kids roaming/playing freely but not causing a nuisance.
Great facilities. A little dated but well maintained and clean. Push button shower but cubicle set out nicely and nice hot water.
Pub/restaurant was a great touch. Not cheap but also not the most expensive either. Food was good quality and pretty much value for money.
Disliked Nothing to dislike really. If being picky, could have done with more space between washing up sinks. Hand dryers in toilets were noisy (our fault as we asked for a pitch near the facilities), but they did close the doors at night.
Poor phone and TV signal (not the sites fault). WiFi appeared to be paid for and not free.

Nice site, but just falls short of ten stars
Powered grass travel trailer campsite (riverside)
Liked Location, facilities, & Dave the site warden.
Disliked The muddy oar , Short staffed, 1 lady member of staff on the bar ( who was brilliant by the way) )on a late July lunchtime crazy.
The chicken & cheese wraps were awful
Cold and dumped into the table, no mention of where the condiments were as we had to walk around the bar trying to find where they lived. so we never went back there again, & I would recommend the crown pub a short walk away. Also no onsite shop for essentials
But was willing to sell you a holiday home.
