The park's Riverside Venue Bar and Restaurant has a delicious variety of food and drink, as well as events throughout the high season and on some weekends. There's a multi-sports pitch on site for family games and over a mile and half of free river fishing for those who want to spend a peaceful afternoon on the river banks. A daily river taxi service also runs from Stratford Parks Holiday Park to Stratford-upon-Avon, where there are Shakespeare attractions and lots of places to eat or shop. Arriving with a furry companion? There are also designated dog-walking areas on site.

Ik was blij met Originally we had booked for middle of August but a spell in hospital put paid to that. We contacted the park who were very understanding and rebooked us for same amount of nights 16-19 October. On arrival friendly welcome and Dave in his buggy showed us to the pitch via water point. We were close to the river and thoroughly enjoyed our stay using the water taxi to get into Stratford on Saturday morning. Went to the live music night with a couple we had met on the water taxi, and had a very enjoyable night.

Ik was niet blij met It was all really good. Only thing I noticed when I went to orange lidded bins with recycling was that others had thrown ordinary rubbish in so pointless trying to do the right thing. Not parks fault but clearer bins for plastics etc might help

Riverfront staanplaats voor caravan en camper op gras , met elektriciteit

Ik was blij met Lovely quiet site. Level grass pitch with electric hookup overlooking the river. Warm welcome on arrival. Escorted to fill up with water and then to our pitch. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean shower/toilet block and utility/wash up area but could do with updating. Riverboat taxi service to Stratford upon Avon was great.

Ik was niet blij met A map showing site and local walking/ cycling routes would have been helpful. Also info leaflet on arrival giving opening days/times of restaurant and bar, menu etc would have been good. We were given verbal info but soon forgot what was said and went for a meal in the restaurant to find it was shut.

Ik was blij met First time at Stratford Parks and will definitely be going back.
Great location … on the river and for popping to Stratford. We used the river taxi, only took 20 minutes but you could walk on a nice day.
Bar/restaurant was fabulous, lovely menu, tv to watch the football and food was excellent.
All in all, great weekend, thank you x

Ik was blij met Staff really helpful, fabulous clean facilities.
Especially liked the river taxi, and the man driving the boat was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Dave who escorted us to our pitch was really helpful too as was tge receptionist!
Fabulous location to the Centre.

Ik was niet blij met We were on a touring pitch on the edge where the road down to the facilities/bar is so had all the traffic and footfall from persons leaving at the end of the night which kept us awake.
In the bar, we sat at a table and it was clear that 90% were the lodge/static owners who were taking all available chairs and tables and joining together in the centre, you had to take a D tour around them all to get to the bar. Felt you were being glared out constantly and we were taking up room so didn't stay for a meal. As soon as I got up for another drink, I asked if I were going so they could have the table. Didn't plan on it but felt obliged to leave, not welcomed!
Couldn't purchase the WiFi voucher as couldn't click past the terns and conditions.
Toilet block was clean but could do with updating.

Ik was blij met Great location, well kept site. 30 mins walk to Stratford, a few mins in the opposite direction to Tiddington, where you will find an excellent Chinese and Indian restaurants.

Ik was niet blij met The bathrooms could do with updating and better heating.

Lokale bezienswaardigheden

For a change from the river taxi, guests can stroll into Stratford-upon-Avon to take in a play from the Royal Shakespeare Company, have a flutter at the races, or visit the many Shakespeare sights dotted around the city. There’s also excellent retail therapy to be had here, as well as in the elegant surrounding towns of Cheltenham, Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick. 
Sporty types will find golf courses, swimming pools and many other facilities nearby, and of course there are plenty of good walking opportunities along the river and out into the lovely Warwickshire countryside. Further along the banks of the Avon are the stately country house of Charlecote Park, and winsome Warwick Castle, which has plenty of things to do and see for all ages. Also nearby are the majestic ruins of Kenilworth Castle, where Robert Dudley and Elizabeth I used to make out; or you could follow in the footsteps of the Gunpowder Plotters of 1605 with a visit to Coughton Court. At the Ragley Hall Estate, visitors can take a tour of the Palladian mansion, go sculpture spotting in the Capability Brown parkland, or lose themselves in the 3D maze. The site is also a great base from which to explore the villages and landscapes of the Cotswolds.
