What customers say
A tranquil, no-frills campsite with lovely lake views, perfect for nature and water sports fans. Guests loved the chill vibe and great value, plus friendly hosts. While facilities were basic (portaloos, tap), a new block is coming! Some had trouble finding it or with temporary restrooms, but many plan to return.

Liked Lovely by a lake for back to basics camping. Was expecting a portaloo so really pleasantly surprised by lovely toilet facilities, would have been even better with some lighting in them.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked The views, sunset/sunrise, lake, and loads of walking in nature at your doorstep. Only 15/20 mins to walk to the bus stop; mind you have to cross the duel carryway if you want to go into Nottingham.
Disliked Not the campsite's fault, but the road that leads to it has hidden speed bumps; just be aware of that. The field is not flat.
