Liked We liked absolutely everything about this site! The hosts Julie & Gary are present, helpful and friendly. The site is clearly well looked after with nice facilities including hot showers (£1 for 7 mins with toiletries available which I thought was very fair) a pot wash which actually has hot water and clean toilets. Onsite there is also a cafe/food shack, small pub with beer garden and covered outdoor seating and a lovely herd of alpacas who you can feed. The site is small and quiet, adults only and relaxing. All other guests we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We got the impression that a lot of guests are regulars and this sometimes can make you feel a bit outsidery if you're new but we didn't feel like that at all during our stay which was lovely. The location is great, it's rural enough to be very peaceful and relaxing but there is a village shop a short walk away as well as a train stop which takes you to Cleethorpes, or Hull for attractions such as The Deep is a half hour drive. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and we would definitely return in the future. Thank you for having us :)
