  • Secure, quiet and well-maintained site two miles from Leighton Buzzard
  • Whipsnade Zoo and Bletchley Park within a 15-minute drive
  • On the banks of Grand Union Canal a short walk from the local pub
Fancy settling your caravan in a strategic location that will give you easy access to all sorts of attractions and activities? Take a pitch at Grove Lock Caravan Park, a spacious and well-maintained Bedfordshire site two miles outside of Leighton Buzzard. There’s a lengthy list of things to see and do in this area, so it’s certainly a place where you could easily spend several days without any danger of running out of entertainment. For starters, you might like to try Whipsnade Zoo, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari Park and Milton Keynes’ Snozone skiing facility – or perhaps head out for walks in the likes of Rushmere Country Park or on the Dunstable Downs? And of course there’s also the option of boarding a train for a day touring the sights of London (an hour away by train). The immediate surroundings are rather lovely here too – the site is right on the banks of the Grand Union Canal for easy waterside wanders, and a very short stroll from the local pub too (how handy). Everything on site has been well thought out to provide the best experience for guests – pitches are large and well spaced, with access to electricity and water plus a well-kept toilet and shower block. Kids and dogs are welcome on site, so feel free to bring along the whole family.

What customers say

This site boasts spacious pitches and a lovely canalside location with a popular pub next door. Facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, though some mention they are a little tired. Noise from the nearby road and railway is frequently noted but often described as not intrusive, especially at night. Access to the canal towpath may require crossing lock gates, which can be challenging for some. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful.

Liked Good facilities. Very clean. Next door to a pub.

Disliked Road and rail noise. I would stay at the top of the field next time not along the hedge next to the road.

Liked Great park and pitches. Friendly staff. Nice canal walk and only a short drive into town with big supermarkets etc. good facilities and all pitches seems to have hookup and water 👌

Disliked Not much at all. I guess there’s not too much on site for kids but only there a couple of days and plenty of grass area for them to play football etc… Only 2 hours WiFi for free but I had good 4g reception so wasn’t an issue for us.
