On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Coronavirus

• Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, customers can amend their dates with the campground/park free of charge for all stays up to, and including, 08/10/2021.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Pitches

• Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a US$10.00 ($16.62) fee.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Coronavirus

• Owing to government regulations, groups of 8 or more people are not permitted.

Pitches

• Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

General

• Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 14 day(s) before your arrival.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
