What customers say
A grand spot, well-kept and friendly with top-notch facilities, especially the loos! Loved the pool, pitches, shop & food. Great base for seeing the sights. Just a fiver for Wi-Fi and a bit of noise here and there.

Ok site.

Liked Well laid out site.
Disliked Not much of a welcome.
The number plate recognition gate let us out, but never did let us in.
The ‘field kitchen’, supposedly open 7 days a week, is actually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (when we were there!)
Pretty good, clean bathrooms, but you have to paddle in everyone else’s shower water that washes through.
Not a very peaceful site, but ok.

We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Very clean site, large pitches all within easy walking distance to the toilet block. Was lovely to be able to take our daughter to the onsite park.

Good for families who want pool, shop, food.
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (premium)
Liked Lovely quiet pitches at the top of the site fully serviced. Well stocked shop and friendly staff. Very suited to families but less so to a couple who are happy with more basic facilities.
Disliked Although the local walks are beautiful it is a bit of a trek down narrow roads to get there. We were told there is nowhere to walk directly from the site

Really great site, pool was a major bonus. Would recommend.
Terrace Close electric grass pitch
Liked Site in general was very well organised and clean, good facilities for the most part. Pool. Peaceful spot and well located for our needs
Disliked Bit heavy on the ‘rules’ with one particularly efficacious staff member, maybe caught her on a bad day. On site food was ok but at least there was an option there. Showers could be cold if More than one person using them

More suited for adults
Terrace Close electric grass pitch
Liked The clean toilets and outdoor pool
The food they served on a night time was nice especially the steak babs
Camp was very clean and monitored
Disliked The strictness of the park , children couldn’t be children this would be better as an adults only park . There were no goals or anywhere they could really kick a ball although this was advertised and the reason we booked it,
If you didn’t have a motor mover it was difficult to park your van especially when some caravans parked 2 cars in front of there’s and did not move them .
The children are not allowed on the paths with bikes etc but were mianed at when riding on the roads .
Everytime we wanted to get out the park we had to get out the car and buzz to be let out , this is difficult when you use a stick .

Liked Nothing to fault about this site and staff, well looked after facilities, warm outdoor pool on a huge site. Meat available in the shop is delicious.

The pool was great. Lovely flat…
Electric grass pitch
Liked The pool was great.
Lovely flat pitches.
Toilets and showers also lovely.
Disliked Although the toilet block is lovely we felt that a toilet/dish washing area would be useful down at the bottom field as it was quite a walk with the dishes.
