Location is good !…
Electric grass pitch (no pets, lake view)
Liked Location is good !
Disliked The organization was not good , there was only 2 occupancy , still the slots given was very far from the lake side although there were many free slots near the lake side.
The slot allocation should be improved for better experience.

Will definitely be going back. Was the perfect get away!
Non-electric forest floor tent pitch (forest, pet friendly)
Liked Staff were incredibly flexible with pitch location and set up time. Showers and toilets were clean (albeit the shower button only lasted 10 seconds). Cafe and shop were well stocked and catered for vegetarians and vegans.
Disliked Some pitch locations were directly in the middle of the field although the ad said in the trees. We got moved though so everything was a-ok.

Nice site, but understaffed cafe
Non-electric grass pitch (no pets, lake view)
Liked Big pitches where we could also park our car. Toilet and shower facilities were decent.
Disliked We went to feed our small children and the cafe and we were told we couldn’t be catered for because we didn’t pre-order food earlier in the day. Nowhere on the website / at check in were we told we could only pre-order food, so this level of service was really disappointing.

Great for activities, poor facilities for the amount of people camping
Electric hardstanding and grass motorhome pitch (woodland, pet friendly)
Liked Lovely walks surrounding the activity centre.
Disliked To noisy. Kids still screaming and running around at 12.30am. Parents don't care and let them do what they want. Quiet time is 10pm to 7am yet no wardens walk around to ask people to settle for the night.
We certainly won't return here.
