What customers say
Quiet spot, grand views, top hosts! Facilities clean. Lovely for a break. Mind the hills and gear hauling. Some hot water/shower quirks noted, but being looked into.

Nice back to basics camping in a beautiful part of Suffolk.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked The chickens and horses that were close to where we camped.
The owner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.
Toilets were clean. And the fridge/ freezer was useful as it was hot.
Disliked We didn't use the one shower, as it looked basic. But it was clean.

Great little campsite - would definitely recommend!
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked We loved our stay here - tranquil setting with lots of space so didn't feel over crowded. The amenities were simple but well designed and spotlessly clean. The whole place had a lovely relaxed feel about it, the owners gave us a friendly warm welcome but then just let us get on with it. We stayed here as a couple but agreed it would have been a great place to take kids when they were younger.

Great Tent Large Clean Comfortable & Quiet Location
Leghorn the bell tent
Liked The tent was lovely and big, very comfortable, a great selection of furniture, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The armchairs were comfy and it was nice and private. It was located in a very quite area and you could see that it was very new and very clean. There was carpet on the floor and the zips all closed well on the tent. The chickens were delightful and the shower worked well along with the toilets which were nice and modern, clean and plenty of toilet roll. The location is beautiful and very pretty with lots of trees and easy to find on satnav and plenty of free parking. A great quiet getaway. Just a few teething issues as listed below if these are changed then it would be much better and get better reviews. We enjoyed our stay overall thank you & wish the owners all the best.
Disliked Our tent only was at the top of a VERY steep slope hill and we were given 3 wheelbarrows to take our things up there! Every time we needed the toilet or to make a cup of tea we had walk quite a way to get there which was annoying compared to the other tents located much closer. Thank god my husband did not come who has disability issues. This should be noted on the information as we would not have booked this. The tent was pitched at an angle where the double bed was leaning backwards so we had to sleep the other way round otherwise the blood rushed to your head unless you had drunk lots of alcohol the night before then Im sure you would not notice this but we were not drinking. The single beds were on a slight hill also so the kids rolled in to each other. The tent is positioned facing the sun completely so there is no escape from the hot sun in this position (thankfully there were some trees next to the tent with shade) and I would recommend facing it the other way on the other side of the field on a flatter surface. The barn had one kettle and a small fridge which was full up when we arrived even though the owner said it would have space as it was quite midweek so luckily we hadnt brought lots of food to put in it as it was full from other users so a large fridge would be great if it could be changed. An extension lead from the one and only plug socket would be helpful as the plug was always being used by other users. A microwave would be fantastic as not everyone brings cooking facilities so it would have really helped us. We had to drive quite a way to find local shops and food places so would recommend bringing your own cooking gas stove etc. We came with a 2yr old and when she saw the garden full of swing, slides, trampoline and the entrance was wide open it was hard to stop her wanting to go in and play and she was upset and I had to explain that it was not for our use so I would recommend closing this fence off.
