Positiv The Villuagw is lovely, great walks and a great pub. The campsite owners own the barn cafe next door we had lunch and coffee there. Nice pitches, cows in the field opposite .

Positiv We had a great stay, very welcoming. Played pool all afternoon with the locals. Dinner in the old part of the pub, The risotto was amazing.

Negativ Pitch a bit muddy but that is only due to the amount of wet weather this year!

Positiv Lovely camp at the end of a quiet village. On a family run farm just a few pitches so doesn't get too busy. Village is lovely, cafe barn next door is an absolute treat. Great walks and a super pub for dinner!

Negativ It’s close to the road but not much noise. Nothing to dislike.

Positiv Location. Check in. Pitch. Local pub, coffee barn. Thomas and family were lovely.

Negativ Contact is a little tricky but they are a working farm with young family so we forgive them!

Positiv We were a group of 4 vans and the only group camping so had the whole site to ourselves. Set back from the road so a good quiet camp. Nice dog walk through field and village. Had a great evening meal at the pub on Site, tho it does close for a few hours in the afternoon.

Negativ On the dearer side to what we like to pay per night, toilet block is quite basic, electric is also extra and a meter card but we would stay again.

Positiv Lovely site, secure gates , toilet/shower large & clean bit not quietly private, pub on site.

Negativ We asked to be parked together with our friends who we were travelling with, the owner said as we booked & asked this using pitch up basically it wasn’t possible?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Positiv The views were amazing, once the fog cleared! Great forest dog walks, pubs only a mile away. Plenty of loo’s and showers. Nice clean site.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for your review. The three toilets are the overflow toilets for the pub. These are used by the pub themselves, they are used for events and busier times and should of been locked. The caravan park has toilets and a shower block exclusive to guests to the site. They are cleaned and checked regularly. A £20 key deposit is required for these to stop others accessing them. A great deal of money and time has been spent on upgrading these to a high standard which is why the key deposit is required. I'm sorry for the confusion, extra signs are needed it seems. Thank you.
