Positiv Park was clean and tidy

Negativ 1. Asked for spacious pitch and didn't receive 1 2. Spoke to sakes team who advised I can't change pitch after booking tgrew pitch up 3. External lighting outside the pod didn't work 4. Internal door lock on pod didn't work 5. Jacuzzi and sauna ongoing maintenance which was not disclosed prior 6. Cound not fit the awning due to where the tap was situated next to pitch 7. Could not park the car next to caravan due to the caravan due to the pitches either side parking on top of us. 8. Struggled to get reversed onto the pitch due to the space 9. Showers were not to standard expected cutting off after 10 seconds 10. Choice on draft in the bar was very limited

Positiv Site was ideal for older children. Very picturesque and quiet. Perfect location for commuting to other villages and towns. Rained non stop while there but gravel pitch never flooded. Showers were perfect temperature with very good water pressure

Negativ Shower block is dated and requires updating
